Vodafone Complaint "Within a week my problem was solved. Thanks to Akosha."

My Vodafone Customer Care service was blocked. From 1 year I was unable to contact coustomer care from my vodafone number. There were many problems related to my sim. 


I got to know about Ahosha from my friend. I filed my Complaint against Vodafone with them and within a week my problem was solved. Thanks to Akosha.

Vodafone Complaint "I am so happy and satisfied with Akosha Service."

I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection for more than 3 years. I have 2 connections. As I relocated to different state, I couldn’t retain my numbers. So I closed both the connections and paid full bill of around Rs. 9500. Even after closing the account and connections I had been charged of about Rs.1500 for both connections. I spoke to Vodafone Customer Care and their managers, I got negative response. So I decided to go for consumer court.

As I didn’t have enough time to go around for help, I came to know about the time saver and life saver Akosha through google search engine. I raised a Complaint against Vodafone at Akosha, within 3 days issue was addressed from Vodafone and issue has been fixed within 8 days. Vodafone confirmed that I don’t need to pay anything.

My issue has been solved just at my finger tips, Akosha made it possible. I am so happy and satisfied with Akosha Service. I am promoting Akosha to my friends. All are happy with the service.

Nokia Complaint "My problem got resolved within 10 days."

I had purchased a Nokia smart phone from a Nokia priority dealer. I was supposed to be given 1 year warranty i.e till 19-oct-2012 but it expired on july and and I was not given the extended warranty even after complaining about it to Nokia Customer Care. I was struggling to get my problem resolved.


Soon after I came to know about Akosha on Google. I filed my Complaint against Nokia at Akosha and got immediate response from their end addressing the issue. They regularly updated me on the status of my complaint. My problem got resolved within 10 days. 

I am satisfied with the cooperation from Akosha. Excellent sevice rendered by them. I would surely recommend their service to others.

Toshiba Complaint "I am very happy with the service of Akosha."

I am very happy with the service of Akosha. I  found about Akosha through internet. I filed my Complaint against Toshiba at their site.


Toshiba Customer Care had given me only assurance but they did not solve my problem. Ashoka has given me the platform to sent my problem at higher level of the company. With help of Ashoka I was able to get my product back.

TimesJob Complaint "Thanks Akosha."

I am student.I have Completed my B.tech in 2012. I am seeking for job in IT. One day, I received a call from TimesJob.They asked me if I am seeking for a job.Then he asked about my expectations. I said I need a job in IT with payscale of 18k-22k. He then said there is a job opening with one of their clients and they are paying 20,000. But they fooled me, asked me to pay to pay certain amount successively that amounted to 7500. After that I didn't receive any call from them. One day I called TimesJob Customer Care and asked about their promise but they refused to have made such a promise. So, I was helpless.


After going over Internet I came across Akosha. I called them and they helped me in filing my Complaint against TimesJob.They prepared a complaint letter and send it to TimesJob on my behalf. And after 20 days I received a call from TimesJob and they said they are refunding the paid amount. Thanks Akosha.

Tata Sky Complaint "Their follow up process is indeed good."

I had a Complaint against Tata Sky. My problem was not resolved by Tata Sky Customer Care.


I then filed my complaint with Akosha. Their follow up process is indeed good. I am very much satisfied with Akosha Team services. I am very much satisfied with Ashoka team services.

Complaint against TVC Sky Shop resolved!

I was really unhappy with the mobile brand that I purchased from TVC Sky Shop for Rs9090, and felt I should never purchase anything online. I have fight with them many times about the mobile issues like not able to listen to the call, poor camera quality and many more. I have spoken to the customer care of TVC Sky Shop who doesnt speak English and Kannada and I am not proficient in speaking Hindi. After few days they repaired (as per their words) the mobile, but the mobile was in the same condition as it was before. I was frustrated a lot, felt bad myself then I had requested them to refund my money and take the product back, however they didnt agree. This was the time where I was looking for some promising consumer forum that will take my case and help me out. Before going to Akosha I was gone through other consumer forum even though I am ready to pay the fee for them; however they didnt agree to take my case. I thought I was almost lost my Rs 9090. 

After few days I have come to know about Akosha through the search giant Google and visiting their website I was in a hope where I can give my try. So I asked the Akosha team to take my case and requested to provide the best possible resolution.

Believe me they have tried to help us (Consumers) than helping to the brands. They were friendly and have explained all possible solutions and they follow up the cases with the company and me even if I am busy with my work. I have called many times to the helpdesk of Akosha they have always responded calmly and they are real customer service representatives. 

They keep me updated very often. They honestly work towards consumer grievances. My case was handled by Nikhil and he really helped me as if it was his problem, I will never forget that guy and Kalpana handled my case later and was resolved my case providing refund of full amount Rs 9090, the date when I received the check I didn?t believe my self of getting refund for the purchase of mobile after few months from the date of purchase of mobile

I personally from my experience would definitely recommend consumers who have problem with the product they purchased; Akosha is the best team to contact to get the satisfactory resolution. There is saying in Kannada which I would like to tell to Akosha that is "Nim Sahayana Nanyavattu Mareyodilla" means I will never forget your help. I say the amount Rs 500 that I paid to Akosha is nothing compared to their service, believe me they have made many calls to me and kept me updated about my case and the case has gone for three months. My best wishes to Akosha team that indeed has bright future.

Ebay Complaint "The service and response time of Akosha is remarkable."

I had purchased the LPG trolley from Ebay and it was not delivered. I applied a coupon code which was redemmed and Ebay told me that they would  refund my money after 15 days. I also tried talking to Ebay Customer Care which was of no use.


I filed my Complaint against Ebay at Akosha. I am impressed by their quick service. Akosha helped me to get my ordered product and also my coupon is not wasted. The service and response time of Akosha is remarkable.
