I was really unhappy with the mobile brand that I purchased from TVC Sky Shop for Rs9090, and felt I should never purchase anything online. I have fight with them many times about the mobile issues like not able to listen to the call, poor camera quality and many more. I have spoken to the customer care of TVC Sky Shop
who doesnt speak English and Kannada and I am not proficient in speaking Hindi. After few days they repaired (as per their words) the mobile, but the mobile was in the same condition as it was before. I was frustrated a lot, felt bad myself then I had requested them to refund my money and take the product back, however they didnt agree. This was the time where I was looking for some promising consumer forum that will take my case and help me out. Before going to Akosha I was gone through other consumer forum even though I am ready to pay the fee for them; however they didnt agree to take my case. I thought I was almost lost my Rs 9090.
After few days I have come to know about Akosha through the search giant Google and visiting their website I was in a hope where I can give my try. So I asked the Akosha team to take my case and requested to provide the best possible resolution.
Believe me they have tried to help us (Consumers) than helping to the brands. They were friendly and have explained all possible solutions and they follow up the cases with the company and me even if I am busy with my work. I have called many times to the helpdesk of Akosha they have always responded calmly and they are real customer service representatives.
They keep me updated very often. They honestly work towards consumer grievances. My case was handled by Nikhil and he really helped me as if it was his problem, I will never forget that guy and Kalpana handled my case later and was resolved my case providing refund of full amount Rs 9090, the date when I received the check I didn?t believe my self of getting refund for the purchase of mobile after few months from the date of purchase of mobile.
I personally from my experience would definitely recommend consumers who have problem with the product they purchased; Akosha is the best team to contact to get the satisfactory resolution. There is saying in Kannada which I would like to tell to Akosha that is "Nim Sahayana Nanyavattu Mareyodilla" means I will never forget your help. I say the amount Rs 500 that I paid to Akosha is nothing compared to their service, believe me they have made many calls to me and kept me updated about my case and the case has gone for three months. My best wishes to Akosha team that indeed has bright future.
