I faced an issue against Yebhi.com from which I booked two school bags through their online shopping portal and made the payment online. The product was not delivered for a long time therefore I asked Yebhi Customer Care to refund my money. But the material or the refund was not effected even after several weeks.
I filed my Complaint against Yebhi at Akosha and my problem got resolved. It is a great surprise to me that the concerned company responded within days over telephone and assured me to refund the amount to my bank account.Thanks to Akosha. Akosha helped me solve my Complaint against Tata Sky. The company added channels and was charging package rates without my request. I was charged an extra amount of Rs 20 per month for the same. Talking to Tata Sky Customer Care was nothing but just a waste of time.While searching for how and where to file complaint against Tata Sky, I came to know about Akosha. I had booked a ticket for my wife from Mumbai to Indore. At the time of booking, I had selected lower single berth but when she boarded the bus, the berth that was allocated to her was double. I talked to Redbus Customer Care but no help.
I came to know about Akosha on Internet. I filed my Complaint against Redbus with them and the very second day I got a call from the concerned company apologising for the same. I am really very happy that Akosha helped me in getting my product Samsung Galaxy from Timtara. Actually I was really upset with Timtara Customer Care service and I was searching on google to make a Complaint against Timtara and I found Akosha.
I came to know that Akosha is helping many people to resolve their complaints. So I filed my complaint with them and within 12 hours Akosha called me and explained regarding the complaint and how it works and what all they do. I was really satisfied with the reply and immediately agreed and gave the details. I made a blunder by placing an order at Timtara. I had placed an order for a Samsung galaxy tab2 for Rs.16891 on August 1st, 2012 and made my payment the very next day and they said that I would receive my product on or before 20th august 2012. After 2 weeks I mailed Timtara Customer Care regarding my order but they didn't respond to any of my emails.Fazil Ahmed B
I was just searching the web to register a Complaint against Timtara and by the grace of god I found Akosha. I contacted AKOSHA and they helped me to solve the issue within 2 weeks.

Earlier I was not getting proper response from Dining Plus team and ICICI Customer Care even after following up with them, but I believe that it was due to the efforts of Akosha Team, who regularly updated me on daily basis with the status of my complaint, followed up with Dining Plus, ICICI Bank & with me, until my issue got resolved. And amazingly this was done within 7 days of the complaint filed. And the result is that I have got the Refund Slip of INR 5,499/- which was the default amount I claimed from Dining Plus on 06-Sep-2012. I had done the booking for Ubislate 7+ (Aakash Tablet) in the month of December 2011. There after I had received email from Datawind Customer Care regarding advance payment for the Tablet, I made the payment through Cheque. My cheque was credited in their account on 12-03-2012. After so many my mails they started sending emails, stating that the delivery would be deferred by 15 days but did not receive my product.
It was published in telugu magazines about Akosha stating that Akosha is acting as media between consumer and the vendor and resolving issues. So I filed my Complaint against Datawind with them. Whenever I called Akosha, they responded immediately.
I would highly recommend Akosha to others.
