I had an issue with Snapdeal as I was seeking a refund for the coupon's purchased by me since the restaurant for which I purchased the coupons was shut due to serving products which are banned in my city. After having a lot of mail exchange with the Snapdeal team, I was highly disappointed as Snapdeal Customer Care team seemed to be in no sync with my complaint (though they accepted that they are at fault in the very first mail, I was not getting any satisfactory replies from them regarding the status of my complaint). Every time I had to write in to them to check the status. After doing an online search I came to know about Akosha. I filed my Complaint against Snapdeal at Akosha though I was a bit skeptical as to whether the team would entertain my complaint as the amount involved was very small (Rs. 100/-). To my surprise I got a reply from the team the very same day, and I could make out that they very well understand that for a customer a complaint is not always about the money but about exposing the flabby customer support system that these online business sites boast about.Akosha team kept me posted about the status of my complaint and within a couple of days the issue was resolved, I wonder how they were able to get the follow ups from the Snapdeal this quick.!

I had filed a complaint with Croma for the replacement of a mother board in their Croma LCD TV which I bought 2 years ago. They took a lot of time in resolving the complaint and I finally sent a notice to Croma Customer Care.
In the mean time I came across Akosha on the internet and filed a Complaint against Croma with them. In the interim Croma did replace the mother board and the issue was closed. However, I was impressed by the promptness and professional approach of Akosha executives. In my view their claim of "getting in touch with you withhin 48 hours" is very true. I had approached Akosha to get my Complaint against Max New York Life Insurance resolved when my issue was not dealt with by Max New York Life Insurance Customer Care. Akosha has provided me with an excellent service which is tailored to the needs of consumers. I am grateful to Akosha for their informative guidance and responsiveness. My problem got resolved. I had received regular updates on the status of my complaint by Akosha executives and the progress was extremely positive.

I had bought some products from Bagittoday. Inspite of several reminders on telephone & emails to Bagittoday Customer Care, I failed to get the complete product contents. Moreover, one of the products which I ordered was of very low quality. So, I returned the product to them and demanded for the refund. But my issue was not addressed by them.When not solved by the concerned company, I thought of filing a consumer complaint. I found Akosha on Google search and filed my Complaint against Bagittoday with them. Akosha solved my problem in 15 days for which Bagittoday had taken more than 3 months. I love the way Akosha was so responsive to my needs. I took the premium plan of Rs.499 but cost is not really a factor because of your quality service and responsiveness.I would not hesitate in recommending Akosha to other consumers.Nitin

I am a student pursuing MBA, my native place is Bhopal. I had ordered a pair of shoes from Bagittoday, they sent me two different shoes in a pair, I called Bagittoday Customer Care twice and sent them a few mails but they didn't give me satisfactory reply.
I tried finding online consumer forum and I got to know about Akosha. I filed my Complaint against Bagittoday on their site. Akosha team has done a remarkable job. They mailed me every time about the status of my complaint. My problem got resolved in no time just because of Akosha.I am very happy with the kind of response Akosha gave me. I had ordered some clutches from Fashionandyou and was not delivered to me. They were pretending to have sent me the clutches. I asked for POD to Fashionandyou Customer Care but they refused.
I filed my Complaint against Fashionandyou at Akosha. I am most satisfied with the service provided by Akosha team. I had been following up with the Fashionandyou team for quite some time till I found out about Akosha. I was amazed at the speed at which Fashionandyou team tried to solve my problem the minute I had logged a complaint against them on Akosha website.

I was facing some problem with my Samsung refrigerator. I talked to Samsung Customer Care many times but nothing was done from their end.
I had no option other than approaching a consumer forum. I filed my Complaint against Samsung at Akosha and my problem got resolved. I am very happy with the resolution.
