Naaptol Complaint "Millions of thanks to Team Akosha."

I had bought a cellphone from Naaptol and it was defective. I sent it back to Naaptol Customer Care but didn't get a response from them for 2 months.


I luckily came to know about Akosha. I filed my Complaint against Naaptol at Akosha and after that Akosha did it all. I got my money back and an apology mail from Naaptol.

Millions of thanks to Team Akosha, you guys are doing awesome job, keep it up and wish you all the best.

Croma Retails Complaint "I got my money refunded within 36 hours."

I am a government employee and presently posted in Chandigarh. On 29th July 2012, I visited Croma Store, Chandigarh. I asked for a smart phone which have Internet facility and compatible Bluetooth file transfer facility with all kind of mobile phones presently available in the market. The sales executive at the Croma store suggested me the NOKIA LUMIA 710 as the best and latest available set in the market. I specifically asked about the file transfer capability of the phone and it was confirmed that it is compatible with all kinds of mobile. I purchased Nokia Lumia 710. After I reached my home, I discovered that Nokia Lumia 710 was a windows based phone and was not compatible with any other mobile in the market. The file transfer in the handset can only take place with a PC and that too one which has a software called Zune installed in it. I spoke to Nokia Customer Care and it was confirmed that the particular handset cannot transfer any file via bluebooth with any other mobile in the market. I visited Croma Retail Customer Care on 01st Aug 2012 and complained about the handset. To my amazement, the staff at Croma was ignorant about the functions of product.

Then I came to know about Akosha and I immediately contacted them and lodged a Complaint against Croma Retail. I got my money refunded within 36 hours.  All other customers should be aware of Akosha and kind of service provided by them. Thank You very much Akosha.

Brother printer and scanner Complaint "Within 10 days my problem got resolved."

I had a Complaint against Brother printer and scanner. I purchased 3 sets of catridges from them but all sets of catridges was either empty or dry. I immediately called Brother printer and scanner Customer Care but nothing was done.

I then filed my complaint at Akosha and within 10 days my problem got resolved. The prompt service of Akosha is very satisfactory to me.

Timtara Complaint "If I hadn't found Akosha, I wouldn't have received my product."

I had ordered an HP laptop from Timtara and paid Rs. 56,191 INR in advance. I had placed the order on 9th july 2012. Then timtara people told me to wait 15 to 20 working days for delivery of my product. I waited for more than 20 days for delivery of my product but the status  showed awaiting on their website. When I called Timtara Customer Care helpline I got very rude and common answers that their executive would contact me through either mail or telephone within 24 hours. But I did not get any response from them. I had also lodged a written complaint on Timtara.com but did not get any response from them either.

When I tried to Google, I found Akosha and I filed my Complaint against Timtara at Akosha. I took Rs 999 Plan and started receiving calls immediately from Akosha executives and they kept on updating me with the details on what they were planning to do with Timtara. I received my order within 4 weeks of filing the complaint as promised by Akosha. If I hadn't found Akosha, I wouldn't have received my product. Thanks Akosha. You helped me get my product.

Naaptol Complaint "I had a very good experience with Akosha, they helped me to get my money back from Naaptol."

I had booked a Blackberry mobile from Naaptol on 31st Dec-2011 and I had received another model of blackberry and it was damaged piece. I had complaint regarding this to Naaptol Customer Care, but they did not get a reply from them for 6 months. 


One day I came to know about Akosha on Internet. I registered my Compliant against Naaptol with them. I had a very good experience with Akosha, they helped me to get my money back from Naaptol. I have suggested my friends and relatives about Akosha and they were very happy to know about it.

Indiatimesshopping Complaint "I got my money back."

I had purchased a mobile phone from Indiatimesshopping and got cheated. I tried to get back either phone or money for nearly one year. More than fifty mails and phone calls were made to Indiatimesshopping Customer Care but they were not ready to agree to my request.
 
Then I filed my Complaint against Indiatimesshopping at Akosha and I got my money back. You are really doing a great service to consumers. I express my sincere thanks.

Snapdeal Complaint "My problem got resolved within a day."

I ordered Samsung galaxy ACE dous mobile from Snapdeal and the delivery got delayed. Talking to Snapdeal Customer Care was of no help.


I filed my Complaint against Snapdeal at Akosha and my problem got resolved within a day. Next day my cell phone was delivered to me. Akosha frequently updated me on the status of my complaint. Thanks Akosha.
