I made the payment to this company for a service but after the payment they asked me to pay more. I refused to pay and asked for refund but the money never came back to me. I didnt know what to do and lost any hope of getting my money back.One day I googled and came to know about AKOSHA and within 20 days of getting in touch with Akosha, I got my money back. I am really impressed by the manner in which they handled my case. I already have recommended Akosha to two of my friends. Three cheers to Akosha team.Pros: Very Helpful

i purchased nokia lumia710 about 3months ago..the phone have lots of problems.i contacted the nokia care to replace the cell...but the directly.deny me to change the cell...i requested many times to the nokia care but ..they say we cant do anything..if you want to repair your cell.we will repair it but we cant change the cell.
while chatting on facebook.i thought that i have to complaint about nokia in consumer forum court..
i searched for consumer forum on google..the first search result i was found is that of akosha...preaviously i dont know anything about akosha...i registered the complaint with akosha.. in 2days i receive a call from akosha team in concern to my complaint..they appreciate me that sir we have i reply from nokia that your case is in process..in 4-5days daily akosha team updates me in my case concern.after 5days i get the reply from akosha that "swap ready inform customer to collect it.."akosha is a very amazing site for nline complaint resolution it resolves complaint very quicky as per their moto"akosha-resolve your complaints quickly."they resolve customer complaints on a high pririty basis ...previously i dont know anything about akosha..but now i can say that i know a lot about akosha..and have a very very good experiance with them..i want to tell my friends,family to please contact akosha.com if they have any type of problem.with any company..it is very good service..great experiance..File your complaint against Nokia here.Complaint against Airtel resolved!

well i am so much thankful to akosha team for their work.
it is doing a great job it is a platform to us to forward our complaints to company as well as get them served as soon as possible.
airtel is a good brand but from last few months i was very much disappointed by their work they allow any scheme activated on its own suddenly a message rings on ur mobile "thanku for suscribing for bhakti pack " ,etc.i hope no such problem for futurelastly thanx akosha team for their support.File your complaint against Airtel here.Complaint against Bagittoday resolved!

One opinion to you guys if even you are a victim dont waste time on calling on their customer care of Bagittoday no and wating your money and precious time, just register your complaints to akosha.
they are just wonderful, i found akosha when i was searching ways to recover my money on google, i thought of giving it a try and i was not wrong, i got my money within 20 days after i filed my complaint with akosha.i have even surveyed from many other sites that these guys dont refund you your money back before a year that too if you have a strong follow up with them so i would suggest everybody to use akosha's wonderful service and dont care about the fee they charge, that is worth it what they charge you.

I had filed a complaint against Airtel for suspicious deduction of balance.... resulting i complained for the same.
Truly speaking i dint expect the complaint to be resolved and getting my balance back...But to my surprise Akosha Team made that very much possible and i got my balance backthank you guys,Keep up the good workthank you,Regards,

I was suffering a lot with my new motorola phone, I ran almost 15times to get my phone back I was highly depressed with the motorola services, then on the internet I came to know about the akosha, I have been using Akosha Services for few months and I am very happy with them.
They are excellent at what they do. Their team is very professional and they get the work done fast. They are easily reachable and reply to email and calls fast. I had booked online holiday package on bagittoday of Rs.7000.00 on dtd 07.03.2011 on the pretext that we would be able to avail holiday packages for 7days and 8 nights in 125 destinations all over the world. Due to my busy schedule and transfer, I was unable to utilize this service within one year’s time period. I had also not asked for any refund to bag it today.
On 10.05.2012, I have received a phone call from bag it today customer care with an offer of rs. 5998/- Holiday package and with a promise of refund on my previous unutilized amount of rs.7000/-.
Within few days Bag it Today had made 9 more transactions of Rs. 5998.00 each from my SBI and ICICI debit card. That means I was in loss of Rs.(5998 * 9= 53982) and Rs. 7000.00 i.e. Rs. 61982.00.
On complaining against this, Bag it Today promised me to refund me my amount within 72 hrs. It is needless to mention that even after series of emails and dozens of phone calls to Bag it Today, they were not inclined to resolve the issue
I went online and google for consumer complaints website. That’s where I found AKOSHA.I simply visited their website and submitted my complaint against Bagittoday with all the details they sought. The Akosha representative called me soon after, ask about details of my complaint and assure me that the amount deducted from my account would be refunded soon. The Akosha team keep me updated through emails also Bag it today had acknowledged that they have received my complaint.
Akosha representative were very supportive in understating and resolving my issue with Bag it Today, I have not experienced such a proactive team before who were keen that the complaint gets resolved at the earliest.
Bag it today responded to my complaint on Akosha, and refunded the amount (Rs 5998 *8 = Rs. 47984). Two refund of Rs. 5998 and Rs. 7000.00 is still pending and I will keep Akosha in loop till bagit today honor their commitment regarding the refund of balance amount as well.
Akosha had started working on my complaint from the very next day and kept me in loop with each step they were taking. I believe within a month my complaint was almost resolved & I successfully got my 8 refunds back from BAG IT TODAY. I was really happy by taking their services and I strongly recommend using their services.
I would like to thank you Akosha a lot. i didn’t hope to get any refund. Thanks to akosha, you did a wonderful job by pressurizing them to release refund. I am really thankful to akosha. You people are doing great job. Keep it up. Customers like me don't have much time to deal with companies who lure customers with false promises.
Akosha is an excellent choice. I really thankful from the bottom of my heart. I am grateful to each and every person behind AKOSHA, for this noble cause and wish them all the Best in all their future endeavors.
