Really appreciate the efforts of "Akosha Team" in resolving my complaint against Airtel.

Airtel seems to be in some wrong hands & has started exploiting their subscribers.

Akosha helped me in reaching the higher authorities & got the problem sorted out.

Hi,
 
I would like to thanks "Akosha" team for helping me in getting a long pending issue with Airtel Broadband fixed.
 
I had a faulty internet connection and I had complained for the same to Airtel, However, inspite of following up with Airtel customer care on a daily basis, the issue was not being resolved. Everytime I contacted the Airtel folks, I got a response stating "We are looking into it and will resolve it ASAP". This continued for about 10 days.
 
As I was not getting any response, I came across "Akosha" through a web search and raise my concern on the forum.
 
A day after the issue was raised on this forum, the airtel guys contacted me and the issue was resolved on the same day.
 
Team Akosha followed up with me after the issue was resolved and I am thankful to the team.
 
Keep up the good work !!!.

Thanks to Akosha Team members.

Airtel Broadband Cancellation ON 2nd april 2012,but from Airtel end just they closed my complaint request without my customer confirmation.

It's taken almost 2 months, when every i called customer care of Airtel there giving new request number because Airtel team guys closed my request complaints with out my confirmation from 2 april 2012 & 30th may 2012,when every i called Customer care same answers from  Customer care  & for new request  to process again 5days will take & again it will closed Airtel guys with out customer confirmation. I was feed-up with Airtel Customer care teams member.
 
As I was googling on where to file online consumer complaint Againt Airtel broadband, I found akosha on Google  & also i registered complaint against airtel broadband cancellation issues with Akosha teams. Airtel customer care responded  immediately. I finally issue resolved in less than 15 days.

After that it was made sure by the Akosha team, that my problem has resolved with support of 
Akosha teams, I am very thankful to all the Akosha Team members who are doing good work for the people and something good for Country.
 
Off course  i will recommend Akosha. I recommend to other customers to file your complaints on Akosha and I am sure that they will get a positive result for any complaints

Complaint against Tata Indicom resolved!

Hi Akosha,

This Tata Photon had been irritating me for the past three months by sending me bills for a connection which I closed in april 2012. Their relationship centers are the worst among all Telecom brands in that they failed to updated my cancellation request which was give in hard copy (cancellation letter with ID proof) in april 2012. Since I had moved to a different place from Coimbatore where this connection was taken, I had no way of settling this matter unless I traveled all the way to Coimbatore. 


I had to interact with customer care of Tata Indicom helpline who are another bunch of useless people. After getting false assurances that the connection will be deactivated and the bills will be adjusted from the customer care people for the past two months, I realized I was getting nowhere. 

I had started browsing the Internet for any on line complaint forums. Then I stumbled upon a customer's testimonial about Akosha in one of the forums. I am happy I decided to take help from Asoka, who have solved my "harassment" from Tata Photon in about a week. I really liked the way Asoka kept in touch with me regarding my problem, updating my ticket every two days or so for about a week. 

At last I got a mail from Tata "attesting" that my connection has been closed and the bills adjusted within one week of me contacting Asoka. I was saved my time a long travel back to Coimbatore for a problem which was unfairly thrust on me by Tata Photon. This is a great service especially for people who want to save their time, money and energy in fighting against corrupt companies like Tata Photon. I had always disliked their Internet service where they quote one speed but give you a slow speed connection. I sincerely recommend Asoka to anyone who has a problem regarding companies like Tata. Thank you asoka. Keep the good work going. Thanks again.

Complaint against Rediff Shopping resolved!

Thank you for your efforts.
 
Lack of response to request for refund as the product was not delivered by Rediff Shopping.
 
Akosha kept me updated about how they were on the case.
 
Akosha as a prominent pressure group was a crucial force multiplier in my efforts in receiving the refund.
 
The brand finally refunded the amount.

Complaint against Bookmyshow resolved!

Dear Team Akosha,

Firstly I would like to thank you for all the efforts put in for resolving my complaint regarding my long pending refund from bookmyshow.


I was quite unhappy with bookmyshow for not refunding me my money which they charged without actually booking movie tickets for me. I had multiple rounds of arguments with bookmyshow customer care through email but nothing worked. 

However after I registered my compalint with Akosha and my matter got resolved. I have received my refund back now. I came to know about Akosha through one of my friend. After registering my complaint against Bookmyshow you guys kept me updanted about all your communication with bookmyshow. I will definitely recommend Akosha to all my friends.

Complaint against Deals&You resolved!

I have placed an order for wall decal on 7th May, from Deals&you site and as per site it should have delivered in 7 working days, I waited for 15 days then I called to raise the complaint (Complaint # 226145). Deals&You customer care said they didn't recieved any information from dealer. I called them thrice to know the status and all the time I got the same reply. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back, but still I didn't got any money and not the product. Whenever I call them to check my complaint status, they say that your complaint will be resolved in next 48 hours. 


Then I contacted Akosha for their help and I got my money back within 10 days after I contacted Akosha team.Thanks. 

I liked their prompt action and they way you empathise with the customer.
