Hi I am Chinu Gogoi from Jorhat
I had purchased a Nokia C7 from authorized dealer Mobile Solutions (Gar-Ali, Jorhat) on 2July 2011. But, My nokia C-7 handset was defective from the first day I purchase.I submitted 6 times at nokia customer care but my handset was showing same problem.So I told nokia to replace my handset.But nokia refuge to do it.After more than 6 job sheets, I was about to go to consumer court when I got to know about Akosha. As a last resort (before consumer forum) I filed the complaint against Nokia with Akosha And within 24 hours the Akosha's representative called me who was so polite, calm and was familiar with me.
He gave me the assurance to not to worry and they will work hard to get my money or product back from Nokia.
I gave all my details of my handset to akosha and after 1 day of contacting, akosha send a warning letter to the Nokia head office.. It was just like a magical experience. Things started moving and to my surprise, After 3 day I got a call from Nokia care and they asked to submit my handset to nokiacare jorhat and they also told me that they will replace it within 20 days. After 19days nokia replace me the handset. I get it only because of Akosha
I am very thankful to all the team of akosha who are doing good work for the customers and something good for the country India.I highly recommend anyone whose unhappy with the excuses and inaction of any firms 'customer care' to contact Akosha and live in peace thereafter. I had to order a Black and Decker Food Processor - FX800 from timtara.com but It turns out to be a nightmare as they promised to deliver in 8-10 days but nothing happened in 1 month either. The worst part was customer care of Timara never ever respond to email and all phone numbers were either wrong or no one picking up, A clear fishy deal it seems.
In an Online complaint, I found people were talking about Akosha and I thought I can give it a try with this. What I'm surprised with Akosha is that they are very professional and very proactive, in fact they are more proactive than me about my order :). A regular update on what's happening keep me delighted and hopeful. I guess once Akosha tried the process within 1 month, timtara delivered the product.
So all and all It was a good experience with akosha. They work like the true start up mode. In a way they are doing great in customer complaints resolution with various fishy or not so professional organizations. Their team members have been very polite and supportive in all communications.
I wish no one need to face any issue but still if you are facing, I guess akosha can definitely help in that case.

I am from Bangalore and working in an IT industry.
I booked two tickets on Easemytrip.com on 4-Feb-2012 and later cancelled the tickets on 14-March-2012. When I asked for the refund from EaseMyTrip, initially they made the story that its non-refundable ticket, and no refunds will be given. However, no where in the ticket its mentioned that its non-refundable ticket.They asked me to directly talk with the Airlines. Since the tickets were booked from EaseMyTrip.com so EaseMyTrip is responsible for any dealing with the Airline. After many communications EaseMyTrip customer care agreed to pay the refund amount but only when Airlines provide them the refund. Till 04-June-2012 my refund was not processed.
I was about to file the complaint against EaseMyTrip.com in consumer forum but on the internet I got to know about Akosha. I registered my complaint on Akosha.com
Akosha team escalated my complaints and gave updates to me regularly.
Finally on 24-June-2012 I got my refund back from EaseMyTrip.com
It was just like a magical experience. Thanks a lot Akosha. I appreciate your efforts.Complaint against Nokia resolved!

The retailer sold me a fake piece at the price of the original. I felt cheated and felt like doing something to make them realize that such things cannot be taken for granted.
Akosha was a simple experience. The whole portal and the interaction was easy. Even the team was friendly and tried to understand the situation.Akosha team members kept me updated on a daily basis.Since akosha contacted the retailer, the concerned person or the owner immediately realized that there was support behind my cause and complaint. Thanks to Akosha Team who immediately called me and my case is resolved. The datawind payment section replied via email that the they received my cheque and my order id is updated. For that reason I was mailing them since 10 days but no reply.Thank you akosha team for your service to the poor customers. Keep doing good work. I am Kishor from Bangalore working in central govt. My issue was I sent a cheque without writing the booking id at its back. For this the company was not replying to my mails and calls.I came to know about akosha from google and booked my complaints at 1630 Hrs. At 1830 Hrs I received confirmation msg from datawind that the payment is received against my order. I had problem with bharti airtel broad band. My broadband connection was not working for 20 days the Airtel customer care were not hearing my problem than i found AKOSHA in google.I put a complaint in it & really within 3 days they resolved my problem....
