HI,
Airtel just fooled me after I applied for the broadband connection. They took full amount of 1000 in cash and said it will get installed in 3 days but no response from them. After I was calling them those customer care guys of Airtel was not picking up call and even head office guys of Airtel were not talking properly.
Then I decided to take refund and found Akosha after Googling.
I really appreciate Akosha service and because of guys I got my refund. Thanks a lot for helping me and getting out of Airtel's trap.

Hi guys. This is a small briefing about my resolved complaint against TIMTARA. I have ordered a SONY DSC WX50 camera from TIMTARA on 30th April. They said that my order will reach me in 15-20 working days. I waited till the specified time but they didn't deliver the product. Then I talked to their customer care people of Timtara. They said that the product will be delivered in two days. This has continued for two week.
Then I read about the reviews of TIMTARA on various websites and understood that it is a fraud site and they never delivered the product to the customers in time. Instantaneously I asked TIMTARA people to cancel my order and return my money. They is no proper response on when the order get cancelled and the money be refunded. Then I searched on Google about how people have resolved these type of problems and I came across AKOSHA.I notices that they have resolved several complaints of this type. I booked a complaint against TIMTARA on AKOSHA. The customer care people of AKOSHA are good and asked for the relevant details of my order. I forwarded the same and they started processing the case. Thanks to AKOSHA Team. I received my product from TIMTARA on 7th June. I never expected that I will receive my product from TIMTARA so early. From our communication I understood that AKOSHA team talked to them on 6th June and they shipped the product on the same day and I received the product on 7th June. I could have approached AKOSHA a bit earlier. I talked to TIMTARA customer care people more than 100 times. Every time the answer is the same "Your product will be shipped in two days". I think that TIMTARA listens well to AKOSHA rather than the customers who contact them directly. I can strongly say that AKOSHA team is really good at dealing with companies like TIMTARA. Now I am revealed of all my mental torture created by TIMTARA. AKOSHA rocks.Complaint against Timtara resolved!

I had a very bitter experience from timtara.com. I had ordered for one IFB 20 Ltr PG3S Microwave Oven from timtara.com on 5th march 2012 wide their Order no 10208114 and paid Rs. 5099.00 on the same day by using Visa debit card issued by ICICI bank.Till 18th May the order has not been shipped and the customer care of Timtara have stopped answering phones and emails.Then luckily I found AKOSHA from TV channel and I gave all details to Akosha team. I made a small payment but they have taken my case and I got my money back from timtara very fast.Thank you AKOSHA!! I proudly recommend AKOSHA to you if you have similar experience from Indian companies.Thanks again!!

I ordered Whrilpool proton 240L 3 door refrigerator from Timtara after being attracted towards the best deal price. It was to be delivered within 10-15 days, but they did not deliver in that stipulated time.
After many reminder mails(since their customer care number of Timtara is non-working number), the delier was postponed to 7 more days and adding to my horror, it was again postponed to few more days , ofcourse after many reminder mails, and the product was never delivered.
When I was not sure of what is to be done, I found Akosha in the internet, which was dealing about consumer complaints.
I contacted Akosha and Akosha was very helpful in understanding my problem and they drafted a letter and sent to Timtara to either deliver the product or refund the amount with in 10 days.
And within a day, my order was cancelled and i got the refund in next 3 days.
It was great help from Akosha team to reslove my issue quickly. Team was very friendly and were closely in touch to resolve the issue.I would definitely recomond Akosha for any consumer Problems.File your complaint against Timtara here.

I was told that if I order the diamonds of 18999/- I would get a sony xperia mobile worth 14 thousand and a consolation prize . So I have ordered it. But they are asking me to pay another 20,000 rs/- . And that I would get a videocon mobile and a samsung camera with the diamonds. I didn't want to pay and I wanted to cancel my order. I've called bagittoday and told them to cancel the order. they refused to cancel the order.
i have found akosha in an online forum . i have filed a complaint against bagittoday . Bagittoday customer care representative called me and told me how they are going to work on this complaint. from the beginning they kept in contact with me and kept updating the information from bagittoday.the akosha have done a good job. I got the refund in a month time. i am really satisfied with their work. thanks to akosha.i strongly recommend akosha for all types of consumer complaints.Complaint against Samsung resolved!

It was 31st Dec 11, when I bought the Samsung Galaxy SII i9100, but my surprise when I reach back home. It wasn't i9100 but i9100G. I checked the box and the phone, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it isn't the international version i9100 but the asian version i9100G. I made a complaint to Samsung, the customer care of Samsung said they'll replace it but when I didn't get any feedback from them about a month period, I thought to look for better option.
I contacted Akosha in Feb 12, they have gone extra mile with this case and finally after waiting for 3 and a half month. I had a brand new Galxy SII i9100 in my hand. This was unexpected moment, but was true and was made by Akosha. I placed order with Timtara for xperia Sola n after placing order when I checked customer reviews on google I was shocked, I found each n every order with timtara faces problem with payment non delivery or refundn, at that instant I felt that I have lost my 16000. When I contacted customer care of timtara even I experienced same things which were told by other customers like lake of attention by cc representative, dropping call, no proper commitment.
Same time I came to know about AKOSHA through google search engine, same instant I contacted them n told them about my problem. They just drafted one letter on my behalf for timtara n it worked. I got mail from timtara within 4days saying they have dispatched my product.
Big thank for Akosha team.
