The customer care for vodafone was not replying at all. or attending the complaints.
Then I found about Akosha through internet. My experience with Akosha representatives was good.
Vodafone technicians first submitted false report to akosha and then finally attended the problem finally.

I had applied for an Airtel broadband connection in june. airtel sales executive told me that your connection will be install within 48 Hours and i gave him 500/- rupess chq. in the name of bharti airtel ltd. But after 2days i call the sale person and he was not attending my call and when i send him sms and wrote in the sms i am going to file a fir against you then he call me and give me the reply sir please give us 2 or 3 days more and gave me the his senior person mobile no but after 2 or 3 days more the connection has not install when i call the sale person or his senior person both were not attending my call when i highly frustrated with airtel customer care or senior person behavior the *i search an online consumer complaint and i luckily registered my complaint against Airtel in Akosha and i bharti airtel refund my 500/- rupess amount within 15 days.
I highly recommend anyone whose unhappy with the excuses and inaction of any firms 'customer care' to contact Akosha and live in peace thereafter :)Complaint against Airtel resolved!

I was unhappy with the outsourced collection department and customer care executives
Akosha had followed with airtel i guess,after that i started receiveing calls from Airtel enquiring about my problem.Till that i had never received any call from airtel eventhough i raised som many complaints with airtel customer care executive
Not very frequently ,i can say once in month Akosha kept me updated.No ,i had paid complete outstanding.Since its very difficult now a days to lead your life without phone.But some what, i was happy becaus airtel people called me and apologized for their stupid collection excutive's arrogance.File your complaint against Airtel here.Complaint against Homeshop18 resolved!

Here i am jayesh Chauhan from ahmedabad, Gujarat here i am explain my experience with home shop 18 i had purchased one microwaveoven whirlpool make from homeshop 18TV before i purchased it i got information about it and telecaller give a you cando any thing in this product.then i.purchased it and company person come for demo they tele me you can do only grill in this product but my requirement is convection oven then i call to customer care of Homeshop18 department and they tell me you send me return it and then i return it in homeshop18 new delhi then i talk with reliable person in homeshop18 they give me a assurance for replace it and i can trust upon him but few days'safter same product sent me and icall to reliable person but they forgot all the things and told me wecan't do anything in this mattet then i go for consumer dept.and i
Find the website for consumer complian and finally contact with akosha.com they give a.full support me for my issue within one month period they solve my issue against homeshop18 and homeshop 18 give me a microwaveoven as per my requitement all the things do well with the help of Akosha team. I should like to thank Akosha team for putting relentless effort to solve my complaint against Timtara at the earliest possible time.
I reside in Shimoga(Karnataka) working as Asst. Professor. I have been a regular online purchaser.
Recently, I had a very bad experience with Timtara.I had placed an order in Timtara website for a product for which they neither respond to emails nor pick calls. I tried a lot to solve the problem but nothing happened despite my efforts. The customer care executives of Timtara were indifferent towards my problem.
At this difficult situation I approached Akosha and filed a complaint. I was really pleased about the kind of support that they offered. I just sat back with confidence that they will solve the problem. They kept in constant touch through mails and phone calls. Moreover, they updated me about the progress made. And finally I got my money refunded. Thanks to Akosha for being a lifesaver at the difficult situation.

I had applied for an Airtel broadband connection on 26th May 2012 and as per the representative I was supposed to get the connection within 2 working days, but he came on 30-05-2012 and I paid a 1 months advance also (Rs.1100/-) . There was no further improvements on connection till now 01-06-2012 : 8:45 PM. The representatives were not attending the call from 01-06-2012 onwards.
I was about to go to consumer court when I got to know about Akosha. As a last resort I filed the complaint against Airtel broadband with Akosha. Airtel resolved the problem within 2 days

After the predefined delivery period when I didn't get the product from Timtara, I tried to contact customer care of Timtara over telephone and also sent many e-mails to know the status of my order but did not get any satisfactory reply.
So I was very much worried and searched for any solution . While searching net, I came across Akosha and from testimonials I found that they helped Timtara customers to get their product/refund.So I approached Akosha explaining my trouble. Though I had to pay a little amount towards service charge,Akosha team helped me to write a letter to Timtara and then after few days I finally got my product delivered at my doorstep. During my interaction with Akosha team, I found the executives very helpful. I would like to thank Akosha and recommend this service to everyone.
