I have recharge of Rs.35 in my airtel number according to instructed by airtel costumer care. But after recharge I have not receive money in my account and also change my call rate 40 paisa per minute to 72 paisa and after when I talk with airtel costumer care then they told me that you have recharged with different scheme and now we don’t change anything in your account.Through web, when I search solution for my problem then I found Akosha and I see that this is helpful for me.Akosha team have escalated my complaints and gave update to me regularly and asked for feedback regarding my order until the end of May I got a call from Airtel Customer Care for solution of my issue.Akosha Representatives always updated us about the Current status of my complain or Problem and took every possible initiative to help. they regularly called us and kept us updated and also tried to find us the current scenario at our end. They solved my Problem as it was one of their and as if they could feel it .One day Airtel coustomer service officer call me and ask about my complain and resolve.I give 100% recommendation to akosha. I contacted Airtel customer care many times. At that time i felt Exploited and went online for a Consumer Forum to report this type of consumer exploitation and i found AKOSHA . I just
filled a Report against Airtel and was Impressed by the time of response which was less than 1 day. Airtel Apologized to me for their Unnoticed Services they provided me and from that time it hasn't Reoccurred yet . I must say Akosha Representative are good in Handling Consumers Reports and
specially their Fast Services should be Appreciated.

Thanks Akosha for solving my problem. The problem with airtel is that they won't listen to you. I even talked to their escalation team, but they kept on saying, "You have been charged as applicable".
Finally I approached Akosha. I had already known about them, as they had helped me in a dispute with spicejet. Finally airtel customer care contacted me and said, they were ready to refund the disputed amount. I don't know how Akosha works, but it works marvelously.Good to see Akosha getting engaged with so many brands.File your complaint against Airtel here.Complaint against Makemytrip resolved! Complaint against makemytrip resolved.
We had booked three online flight tickets from Hyderabad to Mangalore in April through makemytrip by paying Rs 10065. We were supposed to board the flight on July 1 at 15.55 hrs. But after reaching the airport we realised that the flight has already taken off at 9.15 hrs. Surprisingly we did not get any intimation either from makemytrip or airline (spicejet) on the advance in flight timing.As a result, we had to shell out Rs 14,000 to buy new tickets to Calicut and from there we had to take a taxi to Mangalore. Since we could not get any refund for our missed flight, we decided to file a complaint in the consumer court. While doing online search on the procedure to file a consumer complaint I came across Akosha.Interestingly, while filing the complaint with Akosha, we did not even know whom to file the complaint against makemytrip or the airline. Thanks to the timely advice and intervention of Akosha team, we got our complaint resolved in a week and Makemytrip customer care agreed to refund the entire Rs 10065. Akosha is a boon for Indian consumers facing problems related to customer care. It is a great help for people who are looking at saving time and energy while pursuing remedies for their customer care issues.Complaint against Makemytrip resolved!

THANKS FOR YOUR KIND HELP TO GET THE MONEY FROM MAKEMYTRIP AS ALL THE STAFFS OF MAKEMYTRIP TOLD ME THAT HE WILL NOT REFUND FUTHER MONEY. BUT YOUR EFFORT IS REALLY SURPRISED ME WHEN I GOT A CALL FROM MAKEMYTRIP REGARDING REFUND OF DUE.
I WAS SEARCHING ONLINE ABOUT CUSTOMER HELP SERVICES, WHERE I GOT AKOSHA. I HAVE RGISTERED OUR COMPLAIN THERE. THEN I HAVE GOT A CALL FROM YOUR SIDE TO KNOW THE ACTUALL FACT. AFTER DISCUSSION ABOUT 01 HRS YOU HAVE DISCRIBED ME SO MAINY CUSTOMER LAWS AND PROMISE ME TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH MAKEMYTRIP. THE KNOWLEGE OF INDIAN LAWS AND GIVING SUGGESSION IS REALLY APPRSIBLE OF AKOSHA.
AFTER LOAGING THE COMPLAIN AGAINST MAKEMYTRIP AT AKOSHA, THE AKOSHA TEAM ONLY ASKED SOME QUESION FROM ME AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM WITHIN 15 DAYS. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT AKOSHA TEAMS DID WITH MAKEMYTRIP CUSTOMER CARE. BUT WE GET THE DISPUTED MONEY RS 7700/(RS SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED(APPROX) WHICH IS THE MONEY OF OUR CLIENT.FOR THIS AKOSHA DID NOT CHARGED MONEY FROM ME.
AKOSHA TEAM WAS ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH ME TILL I GOT REFUND ON PHONE AS WELL AS ON MAIL.
YES, I ALWAYS RECOMMEND ALL OUR CLIENTS AND FRIENDS AKOSHA TO SOLVE THE DESPUTE WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER.

I got my complaint against snapdeal resolved.
It's like got a laptop and snapdeal sent a different model and claimed that just few differences (diff processor) adn it goes on. Finally found akosha through some super depressed googling.Rest assured. These guys are good. They keep you posted about everything. Well things are fine now :)Complaint against Airtel resolved!
