CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE TAKES A NEW MEANING --THANKS TO TEAM AKOSHA !
I purchased a product ---Bold Basic Edition app---Payment through Airtel phone bill method via Nokia OVI STORE, and for this same product, I have been charged twice by Airtel bill pay. I called Airtel customer care a few times, but was asked to wait for 4-5 days, as they were in the process to provide resolution.
It was only when I posted my complaint on this website -Akosha, that i started to get positive responses from Airtel team. In the meanwhile, all teammates from Akosha kept on inquiring about any response from Airtel and also providing me prompt updates whenever Airtel responded to them.
