I am so happy with Akosha. I am very much impressed about there service.
I was very upset after buying a product , HTC G1 from Naaptol which was a faulty product and when i asked Naaptol customer care for the refund they did replacement always. so i had replacement thrice as i got the faulty products always.So when i was googling for finding a way to file a complain against Naaptol, i found Akosha. Akosha's testimonials were good and seemed to be good servicing company. so i just beleived them and filed the complaint with them and i went with the premium plan.After that everything went without troubles. They had a clear communication with me on the whole process. Whenever i put a query to them they replied me soon. They respond the us, customers more than the company from which we buy the product. At the last i got the refund cheque and i am haapy now. Once again thank you Akosha.Complaint against Iffco Tokio resolved!

One feel very soory, when deal with a big company but do not get the committed return.
I experience the same when I dealt with a reputed Insurance Co. Iffco Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd.
I met with an accident on my way back from Jaipur and my car Ford Ikon Flair got dammaged from both the sides and my fuel tank got burst from bottom. I took my car in Ford workshop at Moti Nagar New Delhi and asked for insurance claim for the repair of my car. I was shoked when the surveyor of Insurance Co. denyed to give the claim for any repair. He was only giving the claim of dammaged fuel tank. I tried to convince him but the response of co. was nagative and rude.
At this point of time I approched Akosha who helped me fighting my case with the co. I give full credit to team Akosha for my case was resolved with in 10 days time. My sincere thanks to Team Akosha and I highly recomend them for resolving any dispute

I was hopeless when Tata Docomo Customer Care told me that your balance cannot be refunded which they deducted unnecessarily.
At that time i had found the website of AKOSHA. i had submitted my problem to them. after a day representative of AKOSHA Team made a call and asked me details about my order & all, then they followed me each and every day over phone, they took the complaint against the Tata Docomo & worked hard to resolve my problem.The service of Akosha was appreciable because they followed up the issue on their own, without waiting for the reminder from my side and finally got the matter resolved. My self Gopal. I am working as a technical coordinator in hp(hawlet packard) at Mansa(Punjab).
I am using the Vodafone No. from last one year actually Vodafone provide good network and customer services, but few day later I have lost my balance Rs.25 without subscribed any service or scheme. Due to that problem I, did call to Vodafone customer care and told them about that charges but they not be gave me any positive response and blamed me you have subscribed some schemes, services etc.
For get my balance back I tried to find the right way by internet. So, I found the akosha submit my case to akosha. akosha helped me to solve that problem and provide my balance back. I am very thankful for this quick response service.

CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE TAKES A NEW MEANING --THANKS TO TEAM AKOSHA !
I purchased a product ---Bold Basic Edition app---Payment through Airtel phone bill method via Nokia OVI STORE, and for this same product, I have been charged twice by Airtel bill pay. I called Airtel customer care a few times, but was asked to wait for 4-5 days, as they were in the process to provide resolution.It was only when I posted my complaint on this website -Akosha, that i started to get positive responses from Airtel team. Thanks for the team akosha. you solved my 2 weeks problem in 2 days.
Actually message pack has been renewed for my airtel number but they deducted 0.75Rs for each message. Like that i lost 20Rs. i called customer care of Airtel many times for money re-credit. but no proper response from them for 2 weeks. But i posted my complaint akosha problem solved in 2 days.
This is a great thing for the customers like me. Hereafter any problem regarding your mobile network dont call customer care. just post in akosha. thats it!!!!!!

I Have purchased a Philips DVD player from timtara via order number 10208382.
They were playing with me not dispatch the product . I have sent so many emails, Phone calls..to the customer care of Timtara. But no one can give perfect answer.afterwards they even stopped replying me.
i was aware of akosha before the problem existed it is one of only type of firm which works for the consumers safety and satisfaction.
He gave me the assurance to not to worry and they will work hard to get my money or product back from timtara.
I gave all my details of the order and after 3 days of contacting, akosha send a warning letter to the timtara's head office.. After 3-4 days the Timtara customer care dispatch my product and I am receive the product with good condition.
I am very thankful to all the team of akosha who are doing good work for the customers and something good for the consumers.

i went online and google for consumer complaints website. Thats were i found AKOSHA.
I simply visited their website and submitted my complaint with all the details they sought. Then i received my complaint details along with the login details for my complaint.
The Akosha team keep me updated through emails also the Airtel customer care team acknowl;edge that they have received my complaint. the Akosha rep. called me soon after, ask about details of my complaint and assure me that the amount deducted from my account would be refunded within 24 hrs.
I'm very grateful for their support and the speedy way in which my complaint was handled. I wish them all the success in their edeavour. And I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ALL THOSE CONSUMERS OUT THERE WI GRIEVANCES AGAINST ANY COMPANY TO MAKE USE OF AKOSHA's SERVICES.File your complaint against Bharti Airtel here
