Complaint against Timtara resolved!

Hello Everybody, Greetings! I am impressed with the way Akosha has solved my case with Timtara.com

I Have purchased a NIKON COOL-PIX L 810  from timtara via order number 10235474.


They were playing with me not dispatch the product & after cancelling the order they not refunding me my money back. I have sent so many emails, Phone calls..to the customer care of Timatara. But no one can give perfect answer.

My friend Mr. Rahul Agarwal who live in delhi was suggest me about "AKOSHA"When i did registerd my complaint against Timtara in akosha within 48 hours the Akosha's representative called me who was so polite, calm and was familiar with me.

He gave me the assurance to not to worry and they will work hard to get my money or product back from timtara.

I gave all my details of the order and after 3 days of contacting, akosha send a warning letter to the timtara's head office.. After 12 days the Timtara dispatch my product and I am receive the product with good condition.

I am very thankful to all the team of akosha who are doing good work for the customers and something good for the country India.. & also thankful of Mr. Rahul Agarwal who suggest me about Akosha.

I will share Akosha to all the one who facing these types of problem. Wish you all the best for your future.

Complaint against 100bestbuy resolved!

Hi All,

I am from Pune and working in an IT industry.

I ordered Samsung headset of Rs. 254 from 100BestBuy.com site. I made payment for the same using HDFC online banking on 4th March. the order was expected at the most 7 business days to complete. After 1-2 week I started to take follow-up from 100BestBuy.com customer care using phone, mails. The staff was unable to provide details for the same. The information provided was not satisfactory. 

While searching on net I gone through Akosha site. Read the success stories provided  by them and decided to file complaint on Akosha.

Some days after filing my complaint at Akosha, at the end of May, I got mails from 100BestBuy.com stating that due to some technical problem we are unable to process you request for some time. After 3 months of follow up from Akosha, I got mail from 100BestBuy.com that “your product is dispatched. Your order will be received within 5 days”. After such an extraordinary support from Akosha team got my product on 8th June.

Akosha team have escalated my complaints and gave update to me regularly and asked for feedback regarding my order until it’s completed.

I am totally pleased with the support provided by Akosha team and thanks to them for such a valuable help. 

I recommend to other customers to file your complaints on Akosha and I am sure that they will get a positive result for any complaints.

I give 100% credit to the Akosha team without whom I was unable to resolve my complaint.

Complaint against Ebay resolved!

First up all i thank all the Akosha team for helping me out in my difficult situation which i had in my life. i bought a brand new n8 from Ebay india. the item which i was delivered was a low quality item. from there problems started. around 18000 rupees i spend on that mobile and some additional shipping charges. the item was resend 3 times and the ebay customer care closed my claim because of the seller. situation become so worse and i stuck up in a middle of noting. 


Then i found this Akosha team in net after a long term search in internet they solved my problem with in 2 weeks and the problem was informed to top authority of the Ebay and my problems got resolved. Thnx a ton for Akosha team and i recommend to all people who suffers of online purchase.

Complaint against Samsung resolved!

The customer care for samsung was not replying at all. or attending the complaints.

Then I found about Akosha through internet. My experience with Akosha representatives was good.

Samsung technicians first submitted false report to akosha and then finally attended the problem finally.

Complaint against HomeShop18 resolved!

My name is Govinda Nagare. I am working in Tata communications Ltd. Mumbai.

I purchase the 2 yoga mat from homeshop 18 on 25th may 2012 but I received only 1 mat on 28th may 2012. Then I continue follow up with Home Shop 18 customer care but no proper answer received. Then I register the complaint on Akosha and within 4-5 days my issue got resolved.

I came to know about Akosha through goole search.

Everyday Akosha  updated me about recent updates.

Its a very good service for consumer complaint.

Complaint against Indiatimes resolved! He says "Akosha team is dedicated to their task and they honestly try to fulfill their commitments"

Order for Ultimate Car Utility Combo was placed by me to Indiatimes Shopping, vide order no. 113408248, on Oct. 23, 2011 and the payment of INR  2498.00 was made instantly through my Visa Card. The product was delivered at my doorstep within a week's time. Since the utility of the product was of casual nature I did not use for about one and a half month. Sometimes in the middle of December 2011, I tried to test it but immediately on plugging in the compressor, it failed to respond. The matter was reported to the operation head of indiatimes customer care on 19th December 2011. On Dec. 20, 2011 the operation head of indiatimes sent me a mail advising to return the product to their designated courier agent and the replacement of the same will be effected by the vendor within 4-6 working days after receiving the reverse pickup. The courier agent took the defective article from my place on 29th December, 2011 and the same was delivered by the agency on 31th Dec. 2011 at the supplier's end. After that I made continuous efforts to get replacement of the defective article but every time I used to receive the stereotype message, from Indiatimes Shopping that " we apologize the delay and the article will be sent to you within next 3-4 working days or you will get back the resolution status within next 24-48 hours". I am sorry to say that the matter could not be solved by them even after the period of four long months. Thus the main problem was inertness of the supplier.

I came to know about Akosha through internet and the matter was referred to them who were kind enough to chase the matter with the supplier. Though it took some time but ultimately the resolution was made in the shape of treating the order as null and refund of my entire money which was at stake till then. It is difficult to say what money has been saved because I was having all the options opened and would have recovered my money with compensation, in due course of time, if I would have adopted legal process as the ultimate remedy.

The service of Akosha was appreciable because they followed up the issue on their own, without waiting for the reminder from my side and finally got the matter resolved.

As mentioned above if the supplier's action would have been termed as malicious I had to seek legal remedy. As far as rating of Akosha's services is concerned I would give 3 marks out of 5.

I feel Akosha team  is dedicated to their task and they honestly try to fulfill their commitments.

Complaint against BigAdda resolved!

I was really unhappy with the order placed on BIGADDA website on 5/5/2012, they did not send the ordered product more than a month i was really heldup by their activity of non response to phone calls and e.mails.


At that time i had found the website of AKOSHA. i had submitted my problem to them. after a day representative of AKOSHA Team made a call and asked me details about my order & all, then they followed me each and every day over phone, they took the complaint against the BIGADDA & worked hard to resolve my problem. 

Atlast the the customer care of Bigadda had send the product & delivered to me on 14/06/2012. i was really very very HAPPYYYYY with AKOSHA & also I will recommend AKOSHA to each and everyone they are having problems.
