Complaint against Samsung resolved! Company replaced his handset.

Well Samsung shipped me with a lower variant of Samsung Galaxy S2 9100 thats was 9100G model without mentioning anywhere on box or the bill which suffered from a lot of Camera n Music Player Freezing problem as it ran on lower clocked speed n gpu has also lower end. I was so furious and I complained to the Customer Care Center of Samsung only to waste my time and wait for 1.5 months with no answer.

Well i was surfing internet regarding Consumer Harassment in India and on a forum i read some guy mentioned about Akosha & how they helped him a lot to get his phone replaced with the original variant. So i immediately logged in and registered a complaint against Samsung for 499INR plan and immediately was followed by a phone call by Ms Kalpana who patiently heard my full problem and assured me that they can help me.

Experience with representatives was superb, they all were so good specially Ms Kalpana & Mr Sanchit, they tried their best to help me to get my phone replaced.

Almost once in a 2 days they got in touch with me, which is really good considering the amount of cases they get everyday :)

Well today morning i got a call from Samsung Representative that they are sorry for my suffering and told me my Replacement Unit has been arranged and I can collect it as my convenience. So i rushed to the Center, Nehru Place for Delhi case and in an hour with all formalities I got the new Sealed Pack box of the Original Galaxy S2.

I will spread this innovative idea to all my friends and relatives so they never have to face lame excuses of Company Customer Care Executives ever :D

Complaint against Naaptol resolved! Full refund given by Naaptol.

I bought a HTC smart phone from Naaptol.com.
The day I received it, I got to know that it was an imported phone and was not made to be used on Indian networks. I complained the issue to them but they were just not listening.

I thought of going to consumer court. While searching internet on how to proceed, I got to know Akosha.

They charged me with a nominal fees of 499/- and took the issue with them. That was the day; it seems like it was there issue and not mine. They have such a wonderful team, there follow up was so strong with customer care of Naaptol and even with me that I was very well convinced that my issue is going to be resolved very soon. I was really surprised that what Akosha would be earning from me as they would have made more than Rs.500/- calls to me and Napptol.

Naptol people who were just not listening, started calling me to settle the issue. But I was reluctant that I want my full money to be retuned back.

So, with the great pressure of Akosha team, naaptol guys called me on 18/May/2012 and confirmed that they are ready to take there product back and return my full payment.

I am really happy with the service provide by the Akosha Team and wish them all the luck for there Future

Complaint against Makemytrip resolved!

I was hopelessly trying to get my refund from makemytrip as they first refused to cancel my ticket and then started delaying the entire process. There was a lot of money involved and so there was no question of giving up. It was then that one of my friends (a student of NLS Bangalore) told me about Akosha. 


As soon as I got in touch with Akosha team, I was briefed about the sequential stages that they follow. Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop by the personnel working on my case. 

Their response was prompt and, obviously, effective. As soon as I got in touch with Akosha, I knew that my case was in safe hands and my confidence paid off. I got my money back a couple of days ago. Entire credit goes to Akosha. Cheers!

Complaint against Shopclues resolved! in 2 days

I dint received the order i had made online in Shopclues.com and there wasn't any satisfactory answer from Shopclues.com team.

I was just searching on Google about some forum that can help me when i came across Akosha.

Experience with Akosha was fabulous, they called me 3 times to update me he even texted me about the status.

With Akosha's intervention my  15 days problem of non receipt of product got solved in 2 days. Great team!!!

I would recommend to everyone whoever is in similar problem like me. Akosha is a great site and the team is really very efficient.

Complaint against Makemytrip resolved!

I lodged a complaint against makemytrip.com with Akosha. Within a short span of time, Akosha started its job diligently and assiduously. The complaint against makemytrip.com was that it failed to inform me about the cancellation of a flight I booked. Due to its negligence, I had to pay exorbitantly high charges for booking a new flight. My grievance was well taken care of by Akosha.

I learnt about Akosha from a friend. After paying a very nominal fee and completing little technicalities, Akosha started its job. Quickly I realized that the representatives of Akosha are very polite and sincere. They conversed with me in a very aplomb and humble fashion. They listened to my grievances carefully and suggested accordingly from time-to-time. Moreover, they called me themselves whenever it was required. And, whenever I had to talk to them I just mailed them to call me as soon as possible and interestingly they use to call me immediately. They kept me updated about any developments during the negotiation with the opposite party. 

Akosha negotiated the matter with makemytrip.com very sincerely and kept me updated about it. After, a lot of telephonic and e- conversation with me and makemytrip.com, Akosha helped me to settle down with a certain amount of compensation. Earlier, makemytrip.com was not ready with what I had demanded as a compensation but Akosha with its persistent negotiations and conversations helped us to reach an amicable solution, i.e., an amount which both I and makemytrip.com consented to be given as compensation to me. 

I recommend the services of Akosha to all people having grievances against companies and who want to resolve the dispute amicably, peacefully, quickly and without going through the cumbersome, tiring, costlier process of litigation. Akosha helped me to get the right amount of compensation, an amount with which I am happy and that too the whole process got over within a month or so.

I got a noxia x 7 nd since i buyed it it was creating probz it was gettin dead again nd again...after gettin repaired by nokia head office....but nokia  ppl were not taking it seriously...at last  i got akosha....nd i asked them to help me out in my prob...nd..a day after when i contacted akosha  i got a call from nokia company....nd they assured me dat if my cell creates ny prob they will replace it....

Complaint against Bengal Travels, Kolkatta resolved within few days!

My wife Suhita was cheated by M/S Bengal Travels for a hotel booking in Puri on 10th April 2012. When the issue was raised Bengal Travels is started unnecessarily harassing us by stating that some other agency had booked the Hotel for her. 


Then we taken the help of Akosha Team and found their prompt response on the entire issue. They use to give us a call every 3-4 days about the status. And finally we got our refund from M/S Bengal Travel 25th May 2012. Thank you Team Akosha for the promt services and we will definitely suggest your name if anybody will be problem.

Complaint against Deals&You resolved!

Firstly, I would like to apologize for my long awaited feedback to you folks, who have helped me to resolve complaint. I would like to give my regards and special thanks to Rajshree who have been due diligence and prudent to resolve my complaint. Also would like to appreciate Rajshree efforts she has put in for displaying patience and support on each step.

I have faced issue with delivery for the product which took more than the stipulated time for Deals and You to deliver. I had received the product but not in working condition. I had to spent Rs.150 on my watch to get the watch back in working condition.

The other watch was delivered is in working condition. I have received the products, however doesn't gives a customer long lasting trust and experience to shop again or do business with Deals and You.

At the end, I would say akosha team has build up a great platform for consumers to help them resolve there complaints in such a competitive and market.
