After so many request to Nokia customer care to give me a different model they didnt even bother to show any action from their side. They had replaced the cell almost 5 times still i was facing the same problem.
Just one word for Akosha "AWESOME"The experience was great they were quite active.They kept me updated almost everytime an update came up. :)They finally replaced the cell with another modelAny friend of mine if troubled my any product. I bought a mobile phone of ZEN . Within 2 months I started facing problem in my mobile phone. Phone delivered to service centre of Zen where I was given 30 days time for repairing the phone. When even after 33 days I could not get my phone then I called at service centre where he was told that he cannot be given exact time when my mobile will be repaired. Then I filed complaint against ZEN mobiles . After Akosha’s invention I could get my mobile complaint not only resolved but got my mobile replaced also.
The handset was total dead within 2 months of purchase. There was deficiency in service and no proper co ordination between the brand employees. False commitments regarding the repair status and adding on days for the repair of the handset. There was wrong information provided to me by the service centre staff every now and then. 3 weeks have passed and there was no solution to my problem then I found Akosh
It was a very friendly experience with Akosha and the whole team was nice and ready to step forward for the difficulties and giving proper advice and solutions at the same time. After I read so many testimonials, I was pretty sure that the problem is going to be resolved when Mr. AMARJIT & the whole Akosha team gave me advice about the procedure. After pressing an issue and fighting for the right I have a strong feeling that consumer is really the king.

Thanks to Akosha, my complaint against Big Bazaar was satisfactorily resolved within a week.
I had purchased an Evita 3 Door Wardrobe for Rs. 24,009 along with other furniture from Big Bazaar at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj on 8-Mar-2012.The furniture was delivered on 25-Mar-12 and all 3 doors of this wardrobe were scratched and chipped from inside.
After repeated follow ups when Big Bazaar did nothing to repair or replace the defective piece i complained to Akosha. They took up the issue with Big Bazaar customer care and they send their manager who came along with a technician and repaired the defects to my satisfaction.
I had found out about Akosha thru the net and they were helping me file another complaint against non payment of mediclaim by United India in the Consumer Court, hence i decided to approach them for this complaint as well. I had purchased two holiday vouchers for 7N/8D from bag it Today(A India Today Group Company) at Rs 7000 each, As the list of resorts and hotels which they offered were attractive(which included top Resorts like Mahindra Holidays were in the list) ,a additional Rs750 per voucher was paid towards processing fee during the time of booking the Holiday.
But During booking bagit today offered accommodation in B grade cheap hotels, instead of booking a grade hotels/resort as per list they providing during making, there by cheating customers with false promises.
Even after series of emails and dozens of phone calls to customer care of Bag it today, they were not inclined to resolve the issue
I came across some of the testimonials of the consumers on internet who got their complaint resolved through Akosha.
Akosha representative were very supportive in understating and resolving my issue with Bag it Today, I have not experienced such a proactive team before who were keen that the complaint gets resolved at the earliest.
I used to get calls regularly, updating me about the status of the complaint.
Bag it today responded to my complaint on Akosha, and refunded the amount (Rs7000) of one of two vouchers, and extended the validity of other voucher till 31st DEC, 2012. I will keep Akosha in loop till bagit today honor their commitment regarding the second voucher as well.

My NOKIA N8 phone was giving me problem since the day i bought it. It used to get restarted every now and then but after a month or so my phone started giving me message as NO ANSWER whenever I used to call any one.
Every alternate month I had to visit NOKIA care for one problem or the other and each time they use to take my phone for around 15 days but the problem was still the same.
I came to know about Akosha from my Cousin brother who also was helped by Akosha team for solving his problem with SONY.
The experience with Akosha representatives was good and very helpful.
They always kept me updated with the status and I never felt left out.
NOKIA has now provided me with BRAND NEW NOKIA N8 along with six months extended warranty.
I have recommended many of my friends about AKOSHA and I am sure they might have already registered their complaints.
In the end I would like to thank Amarjeet (Akosha Team) for helping me out of this problem.

At the outset I really feel ease to find my discreet complaint against Deals&You resolved.
It is only because of your active meaning intervention between me and the lazy company. When the company was not responding my requirement and complaint, I have approached Akosha.in with little hope.But the response from the company really help the customer out. I recommend to use this services without any constraint. Every guest needs to approach this services.Within a week complaint against Ebay resolved!

I had purchased Blackberry Curve 8330-Silver(Verizon) Smartphone from ebay. After making payment they send me the courier details of my item. So I m waiting for my Blackberry, as one month had been passed still I m not receive my Blackberry.
So I try to contact the customer care of ebay, they reply that to contact with the seller, So I try contact with the seller they replied that due to custom reason item delayed. But after two months has been passed and I m not getting any update from the seller/ebay nor get the Blackberry Phone at my door step. So I again contact with the seller but that time they doesn't reply, so I contact with the ebay but they also replied that you had made payment through PayPal so they can't help.On last week I found the Akosha through google search engine which resolve the very much complain from no. of Consumers like me. So I think that this site will help me. So I file a complain against ebay in akosha. After submitting the complain, akosha team send me the instant reply.And during the last week the representative updated every time as and when needed. The great thing is the ebay/seller refund my total money without any deduction within a week. So friend I m very thankful to Akosha team and hope that they will always help no. of consumer who are facing the problem like this. Have got the reference from Akosha from online when I was looking out for a way to solve my problem. I directly contacted them and posted my concerns online.
After having a chat with them, they understood my problem and tried their level best to solve them.
I have almost lost hope because I was trying and getting in touch with the customer care of Bagittoday as well as Akosha . Akosha help me a lot in terms of the complete coordination with the brand.
They used to update me atleast twice a week. It looked like they are more concern about the problem than me. Thanks a lot to Akosha and the team members who have tried to resolve this problem on mine.
