This is to inform you that my problem is solved and i got my money back from snapdeal with compensation of Sd cash 50/-.Its been very kind of AKOSHA team to help me out from the problem.

Mr. Pragnesh Tailor filed a complaint against Videocon, because Videocon customer care was not responding to his complaint. After Akosha’s intervention, he got his complaint resolved.

I bought a machine from Videocon. It started giving problem within 6 months. Then I contacted Videocon for its service, but I have not got proper response from their side.
Then I got your reference on internet. I have seen a lot of people got benefit from akosha. Then I decided to file my complaint in akosha. Then I got a call from avinash from akosha. I described my complaint to him. After certain actions, he helped me in getting contacted by Videocon people. Because of his continuous follow up with Videocon, they offered me a replacement of LCD TV.
I would like to thanks to avinash and akosha. It becomes possible because of effort by akosha. If I would have gone for consumer court, then it might take 2 years. I am very happy from the outcome and want akosha to keep working like that.

Akosha is really awesome! Trust me, it took them just two days to sort out my complaint with fashion and You!And the parcel that went missing for weeks, landed @ my lap in a matter of just 48 hours! While recharging my mobile due to some problem in the PAYTM server money was deducted from my SBI account but I didn’t get any recharge neither was the money refunded to my PAYTM BALANCE. When I registered a complaint there was no reply from PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE.
Then i found AKOSHA while searching on net about similar complaints, after registering a complaint against PAYTM, on that day only PAYTM costumer care replied back and refunded all my money.
AKOSHA representatives are really friendly and helpful. They keep me updated regularly trough my e- mail id.
While registering I was not expecting a response like this. I thought I was just one fake site but Thanks ASHOKA for acting so quickly on my complaint.

I was in trouble when my SIM Card (Airtel validity ended) then i called up Airtel Customer care regarding this issue. They said that do a recharge of Rs 140 then your validity will increase, i did the same but instead of getting validity i got Rs 140 talktime balance.Again i called customer care of Airtel, they said it was of Rs 16 recharge, i did the same, but didn't happened after that. Since i got frustrated after calling so many times to customer care, then i decided to go with Akosha.After filing complaint against AIrtel i recieved a call from Airtel and my problem get resolved, now i am happy credit goes to Akosha. I have already recommended your service to my known people.Complaint against Philips resolved!

a) how you were unhappy with the brand?I had purchased a Philips LED TV and at the time of purchase it was told that a D2H will be free with this product and would be installed at my home by philips engineer.But after lot of follow-ups, i couldn't succeed to get my free bee from Philips. I had complaint to customer care of Philips but their response was very disappointing and their executives were telling me to follow up with dealer rather than raising the complaint to them. Such a pathetic response from well known brand is very shameful. Thanks to Akosha which understands the customer's pain & taking up for resolving their problems.b) how you found about Akosha;I was searching for solution thru consumer forum and browsing the net where I found Akosha site.c) what was your experience with Akosha representatives;It was a good experience, Akosha team was continuously following up for the problem.d) how often Akosha kept you updated;It was a regular update from them.e) how the brand resolved your matter;I got my D2H installed at home after Akosha's intervention & take up with their higher ups.f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all).I hope this is only the services available for the customer to resolve their problems without going into the process of consumer forum.Complaint against Samsung resolved!

a) How you were unhappy with the brand.:-
Battery provided with the mobile phone was giving the power backup only for about 6 hours. It was worthless paying so much for the instrument without having sufficient power backup. Had visited Samsung Customer Care at Jayanagar, Bangalore, who said me it cannot be improved.

very much satisfied with the service as my got resolved just in a week of time..........I m a satisfied client of Akosha .....Its a 100% genuine comment from a satisfied client of Akosha....Akosha rocks !!!!!!!!Very good as got a very quick reply from . They were very helpful....willing to resolve thingspeople should approach akosha for resolving their issues
