Mr. Priyonath placed an order for Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro on timtara.com. But timtara didn’t deliver his mobile phone. Then after 1month’s wait Mr. Priyonatha finally decided to file complaint against timtara.com and came though Akosha to do the same. After his complaint, Akosha took an action to get his complaint resolved and finally within a week get hid ordered mobile phone.

Just like numerous people I too had ordered a product on Timtara.com which was not delivered even after a month. Calls and emails written to them were in vain.
b) how you found about Akosha?
Tired of Timtara customer care's false promises, I started searching the internet for solutions and found Akosha, recommended by numerous people.
c) what was your experience with Akosha representatives?
Akosha representatives have been exceptionally polite, patient, and helpful right from day one. I got a call from Akosha the very next day I registered with them and shared my problem. They guided me at every step. Nevertheless, they answered to my calls and emails with all the help I needed.
d) how often Akosha kept you updated?
I was updated by the Akosha team as and when needed, at times even twice in a day.
e) how the brand resolved your matter?
My problem was soon resolved and I received my product sealed, brand new in a week's time.
f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all)?
I have already recommended it to my friends and relatives who are facing similar problems with Timtara and other companies.

Ms. Banita ordered a product from Telebrand. Her credit card had been debited but product was not delivered even after one month. Then she finally google right place to file her complaint against Telebrand and came through across Akosha.com. After Akosha’s intervention she could get her ordered product within 10 days.

Mr. Manasvee filed a complaint against timtara on Akosha.com, which could be resolved successfully.

First I would like to congratulate each one of you right from the founder to the person who is managing the site & listing our complain for launching & successfully running the concept.
I was having a problem with Timtara.com which was not able to deliver the ordered product within the stipulated time & not responding to us properly. Came to know about Akosha through facebook page where I came to know still there are few people who are working to resolve common man problems.
After filing complain within next next 48 Hrs executive called me with soft & humble voice & understood my exact problem & frontally said we will first try to resolve your problem without charging anything but if it doesn't gets resolved then we will go for paid services ( I need not to pay any money to Akosha :) ). With regular follow up they keep on calling after regular time period & last time they called me on April 6th Just an hour later, I got my AWBill No for my shipment which I also confirmed from concerned courier company.
Really team Akosha & its concept is great & they are really helping each & every person irrespective to the nature of the problem financial loss.

Ms. Pooja Vashishta orders a Philips hair styler from timtara.com. But even after 1 month she could not get what she ordered for. Then she decided to file timtara complaint in online consumer forum and came through Akosha.com to file complaint.

I placed order for "Philips Hair Styler HP4696/22" worth 1399/- on 28th Feb 2012 using credit card. but not received the same till 27th March 2012. Timtara customer care was not responding to my calls or e-mails. Finally i got very tensed and decided to do something against them and started searching in same respect on google. Then i found AKOSHA.
b) How you found about Akosha;
On Google i gave the keywords to file complain against Timtara and AKOSHA was the name i found on the top. And interesting thing is their simple structure and their basic fee which is so low just Rs. 299/-

My experience with AKOSHA was wonderful. They called me several times in this regard and guided me on every step of their process.
d) How often Akosha kept you updated;
AKOSHA was in touch with me at every move of this complain process. They updated me about all the thingd they are doing for me. They mailed me on my AKOSHA account, gmail account and on my phone.
e) How the brand resolved your matter;
Akosha sent a letter thru courier to Timtara officials undersigned by me, which was meant to inform them about the inconvenience they were making to me. Just after 3 days of this courier I got mail from Timtara that they have dispatched my product. and next day i got the same.
f) How you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all).
Hey guyz... if anyone of you having trouble of such kind regardinh on-line stores, dont get hassled.... just go to Akosha an d they will take all the troubles of yours...

Mr. Sanjoy Dey shopped at timtara.com. But his ordered product had not been delivered in stipulated time. Then he turned to file complaint in customer complaint board and came across through Akosha.

On 28th February'12 I made an online purchase of Nikon coolpix P500 digital camera from timtara.com with clearing the payment of Rs.16320/- form my SBI bank debit card. At that time of purchase I was given an order no 10203107 and was promised that I would get my product within 7-8 working days. But did not got my camera for more than a month. During this time I made complains to the timtara customer care and was given a complain no. - 22908 and was asked to mail my problem to the seniors of timtara.com. I mailed them several times but not received a single response from them. I was unhappy and angry with timtara.com and felt cheated. Then I found "Akosha" The online consumer Problem solve site by Google search .I registered a complaint against timtara.com with full details. They took my case and was in contact with me throughout my case through mail and I was surprised that within three days timtara shipped my product and in the next four days my camera was in my hand. If it was not for "Akosha" then I might have been struck with the customer care. So I would like to thank all the members of "Akosha" and the members who worked on my case and I strongly recommend all my friends and relatives who were cheated by any company and must contact Akosha for their help .

Mr. Surinder kumar sachdeva bought Nikon lens which was not delivered on stipulated time. Then Mr. Saurinder decided to file his complaint in consumer forum. After Akosha’s intervention he could get his ordered lens.
Mr. Surinder says:
"Thanks Akosha Team,
I ordered a Nikon Lens on Timtara.com on 10th February of 2012 but I didn't get receive the product with-in the promised time by timtara. It was really a frustrating experience while dealing with Timtara customer care because maximum time they didn't pick our calls and if by chance they do, they give us some fake assurance that your product will be shipped in next 2-3 working days.
I did some googling and come to know about Akosha and submitted a complaint about Timtara on 26th March'12.
The Akosha representative contacted me quite often and prepared a legal notice with my signature on it and sent to Timtara on 27th March'12.
On 4th April'12 I got a call from Timtara (Mr. Raja) and he assured I will get my product delivered by 9th April'12 and today I got the parcel from Timtara.
I also got the assurance by Mr. Raja that I will get a 4GB Memory card as complimentary from Timtara to compensate the stress and time wasted by me in pursuing the complaint.

Mr. Anantha ordered a Samsung mobile phone through ebay.in. When he opened the box, he came to know that the model is different to actual one which is mentioned on box. He called to Samsung mobile customer care but even after 3 months he could not got his mobile replaced with actual one which was ordered. Then he came to Akosha – An online consumer forum, to get his Samsung mobile phone complaint resolved. And within 5 days his actual mobile phone was in his hand.

Mr. Reetesh Kadam ordered a Samsung washing machine on Timtara.com on 25th Dec 2011. Due to delay in shipping customer had cancelled this order and applied for Payment Refund. But Timtara had not been refunded money till the date of filing the complaint at online consumer forum. Then Mr. Reetesh decided to file complaint against Timtara.com and got his money refunded.
Mr. Reetesh says”
