First and foremost i want to thank all of you for resolving my complaint.....its more than a thanks which i can say....really awesome to see a good platform like Akosha which i can say HATSOFF......a) how you were unhappy with the brand;i subscribed for paid services to Naukri (i.e fastforward services) and they didnt respond to me even after 5-6 business days....whn i escalated the issue they didnt response even further and my calls went in vain....Compared to the amount i have spend on naukri..the subscription for Akosha looked to me decent and applied for the same...b) how you found about Akosha;then i literally prayed god to give my money worth and blindly searched google with words "naukri.com+complaints" i found akosha in the search and surfed the website looking at the experiences of many.c) what was your experience with Akosha representatives;they are cool and gave me so much trust that the issue will get resolved as they have defined procedures to take issues to different levels (with which i got convinced)d) how often Akosha kept you updated;everyday almost
e) how the brand resolved your matter;within 2 days my issue got resolved by naukri sending me updated copy of new resume and activating other services....

I ordered a LG bluray home theatre on 7th february 2011 from timtara.com... They promised to deliver in 10-15 days but I didn't receive the product till 3rd March 2011... I sent more than 20 mails they were not replying properly, they didn't have the product and they were also not giving my money back... I read about timtara cheating customers on mouthshut and through the same site i came to know about akosha.com and how akosha resolved problems of consumers cheated by timtara.com...

We really appreciate and we would like to thank the TEAM AKOSHA for the initiative taken and for the services provided to us in getting the problem solved, It seemed almost impossible to get my money back from the Lenovo Reseller and even writing to Lenovo customer care did not help.
IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE HELP OF AKOSHA.
We got our full money back from the Lenovo Reseller with in 3 days from the day we informed Akosha about the problems we had in the laptop purchased.

I had ordered a Fluke multimeter from Shop your world early November 2011, however their customer service had a very bad feedback system where one could never track where the shipment was and the delivery dates were being pushed off, week after week. Finally after waiting for 1 and a half months, towards the end of December I decided to cancel the order in the vain hope of at least getting my money back. From then onwards began my harrowing experience with shopyourworld.I got an initial mail saying that I would get the amount within a week, however I got the same lame excuse week after week and thats when I got really hopeless and desperate and started looking for online consumer forums and such.
And then for my good fortune, I stumbled upon akosha's website. Lots of people seemed to get their online problems resolved, so I decided to try it out. When I got the first email from the team at Akosha, I was relieved that now there was some hope of getting my refund.Mr. Avinash initially, then Mr. Ishan and finally Mr. Nikhil at Akosha kept track of my case on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week. It was reassuring to get their advice and the feedback when they contacted shopyourworld. But then the most amazing thing happened; I got the first phone call from shopyourworld just 3 weeks after I registered at Akosha and exactly two weeks later, I got my refund !
