I purchased sony erricson neo v mobile from timtara.com, attracted by low rate i made prepayment via bank to the sight in favour of "infosecure consulting pvt ltd".

However my product did not come for a month inspite of many many mails and phone calls. I thought i had lost my money. 

Only when i learnt from someone about akosha i got some hope. I approached these people . 

Within 36 hours i got the delivery of my mobile from timtara.com with apology mail from infosecure consulting pvt ltd. Great job akosha:)

Till now I'm happy with your help and appreciate. Please find the below feedback for this case as you expected from me.

a) how you were unhappy with the brand;
Insurance claim was not covering the front side of the damage of the car though there were some damage happened and was visible. Future generali was the company. They covered the back side damage.

b) how you found about Akosha;
from online internet search we found akosha

c) what was your experience with Akosha representatives;
Akosha representative were prompt and very clear. the guidence they gave was of help. the advices were helpful. multiple representative involved with different expertise.

d) how often Akosha kept you updated;
The first update is when they receive the complaint, they called and confirmed me on the same and assured that they will do needful.
Update was given as and when requested for. Or else when they have significant updates for me, they approached me to update on the same.

e) how the brand resolved your matter;
this case it was not required resolution but advice. their legal advisor reviewed my case and suggested with the constrain I have it is better to settle and not to proceed further. In case I want to continue with the complaint they suggested to gather all the proof and also gave some information on the consumer court. Also they were ready to help in case need more information on consumer court case need to be filed.

f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all).
Very much. As they are very prompt and commited.

Thanx a lot for helping me in getting my mediclaim from Royal Sundaram

 I had met with an accident on bike and had put a claim to Royal Sundaram as I had their mediclaim. But my claim was rejected saying that I had not disclosed certain issues at the time of filing the claim and also that my policy shall be void & all the premium shall be forfeited.
found out an alternative to consumer forum i.e. AKOSHA 
                 The day i filed my complaint on Akosha , their representative Avinash kept a proper track. He used to mail & even call us for every update & was very professional. That's why I grade my experience with Akosha representative to be the best.  Royal Sundaram have accepted my claim & sent me a cheque yesterday.

I was amazed that my problem that was pending for past 1 month ( against yebhi.com) was solved within 2 days.

Akosha Team helped me in getting my dues from Punjab National Bank..

Punjab National Bank, Model Town Pathankot was not crediting the dues of Pension in my account amounting Rs.41,962.00.

Immediately after Akosha interfered an amount of Rs.27,140 was credited and afterwards the balance was credited.


We had a lot of conversations on phone as well as through e-mail. Akosha took the pain to forward my complaint when only partial amount was credited. PNB has credited  the due amount in my account. I would like to recommend Akosha to every person in my Knowledge who is victim of any brand.

Team Akosha helped me to get my Rs 12000/- back!!

I am so happy because Team Akosha helped me so much to get my Rs 12000/- back which was deducted by Punjab National Bank. The problem was that I tried to withdraw Rs. 12000/- From Punjab National Bank A.T.M situated at Gopinath Bazr, Delhi Cantt - 10,t i did not get any cash but bank had deducted the amount from my Bank Account. I lodged a complaint with Punjab National Bank Custome Care, they told me that your problem will be solved in 7 days but even after seven days I didnt get my money back so I called again and got the answer that the transaction is showing successful in their records so they cannot do anything in it. I lost my all hopes to get my money back. I was searching on the net for someone who could help me, suddenly I saw the Team Akosha case that how they helped a person to get the credit of his pension .So I immediately contacted them by mail and after few hours representative of Team Akosha Contacted me and Heard my Problem.He also gave me the assurance that he will help me to get me my money back. I dont know what they did but after few days I got a message on my mobile that " Your account has been credited with Rs. 12000".Now I am so happy as I lost all the hopes but thanks to Team Akosha, only because of them I got my money back.
