I had ordered one fujezone smart tab mt-12 from Seventymm. It was COD. I received the product on time with few days delay. When I cleared the tab after paying for the tab to the courier I found that it was broken inside. I contacted Seventymm Customer Care, they told me to send a snap of the broken tab immediately, I did it then they told that you send it back through courier, accordingly I did it. On receiving the tab they did not inform me neither any communication from their side. After almost a month they told me that since money had been already paid it will be reordered and they will send replacement of the tab. But neither the replacement nor any communication from their side.
Then while surfing Google, I found Akosha, and I saw happy customers reviews. I registered my Complaint against Seventymm. Akosha Team gave an immediate response to my complaint. My amount got refunded because of Akosha's efforts. I was suggested by a friend to avail a package from BagitToday. I called BagitToday Customer Care, and they send me a list of hotels and resorts for more than 1000 destinations around the world in which India alone had more than a hundred destinations. I narrowed down on Toshali Sands in Puri and asked them for the availability as I wanted to buy the package then but wanted to go after around 10 months from the date of purchase of the package. They confirmed but towards the time of my availing the package, they denied. They were rude to talk to, they were not entertaining me any further moreover, one of their representatives even threatened me and on my request for a refund.I was surfing the net for possible help when I came across Akosha, and filed a Complaint against BagitToday. Who finally did wonders. The dedication of Akosha Team towards my problem was something that fascinated me. It was not a fight for money in terms, it was a fight for the right. I purchased the Godrej washing machine from Sales India Private Ltd last year. After 11 months, all of the sudden machine went down and stopped working. Then I raised the complaint with Godrej Customer Care, regarding the same. After 8 days they sent their Engineer to repair the machine. He checked the machine and discovered that the PCB of machine is broken hence they told that PCB needs to be ordered from Head Office and it will take 8 days more. After one month of regular follow up with Service department and Sales India Ltd. they did not responded me.
I was very disappointed with all of this.
Then I got the reference of Akosha from one of my friend and raised the Complaint against Godrej. I was amazed to see that I received the call from Akosha executive the very next day and they asked me to provide the details of the machine so that they can escalate the complaint to Godrej, they kept updating me on regular basis about the progress of the complaint.
After 10 days of filing the complaint with Akosha I received the call from Godrej company and they assured me that problem will be fixed very soon.
I really appreciate the effort given by Akosha team to resolve the query.
Thanks to Akosha team to resolve the issue. I will suggest Akosha to my friends and relatives and would rate Akosha services 4 out of 5.

I have a post paid connection with IDEA Cellular. In the month of Mar'13 I received of Rs.8000 for GPRS service without taking a plan but my credit limit was 4K and .my service was disconnected when as per them I reached of 8000 amount. I had sent them screen shot of their service message which states that my usage was 0.28 MB however my monthly bill was showing for more.
That is how I came across the excellent customer service of Akosha, I had provided them all the details and told them about my problem. They provided me with all the alternate solutions. I did save a lot of time as well as money also they kept me posted on each an every step they took and now my issue has been resolved IDEA Cellular is waving off the charges.

I will definitely recommend Akosha to all my known people for resolution of their complains.

"Hats off to Akosha Team, especially Mr. Sandeep Singh, who helped by guiding me all the way to file the complaint against Indian Bank, Coimbatore Branch, Tamilnadu.
I had filled the complaint for the failed ATM transaction involving my hard-earned pension amount of Rs. 9900/- on 09-12-2012 from the Indian Bank ATM at the above mentioned branch using Canara Bank ATM/Debit card. The Indian Bank people were acting in a very high-handed manner when I approached them initially, but the moment I got the Akosha Team involved in solving this case, they started co-operating with me and finally I got the entire amount back on 10-May-2015.

I applied for a housing loan in Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, who took a processing fee of Rs.5,618/-. They told me that only when the loan is approved they will charge me the processing fee but I did not get the loan and the amount was debited from my account. Many requests from my side fell on deaf ears.
I came to know about Akosha.com through my colleague. I asked their help and they got my money back.

Hi,
I ordered ubislate on 4 feb 2012 by paying the amount of 2999 and but did not get the delivery.
Then, I registered my complaint at Akosha and Akosha helped me to get my complaint resolved within 6 days. I had to wait for 5 days and on 6th days I got my money(2999/-) back.
