Since 14 Aug the necessary docs have been exchanged with SBI CC for increasing the credit limit. The stipulated time as being claimed by SBI is 5 working days same has passed long back.Today I got a verbal information during my conversasation with one CC executive that my request has been denied. The communications made with SBI on the subject is mentioned below for needful from your end pl. ******************************************** 1. Just now I have interacted with Miss Monika (Customer care Executive) on phone to get the update on credit limit increase. 2. She informed me that credit limit increase is not possible .I requested her to explain the reason of denial. 3. She has not informed me any reason of denial. 4.Request you to specify the reason for denial. It can not be your wishlist for whom to increase the limit and for for whom not to. 5.Since 14 Aug communication with M/s SBI is going on this issue and today after 15 days simply you can not deny the services. For last 15 days documents are laying with your team. It looks that the team in totally non performing and their to waist time of customers.Such culture can not be taken lightly. 6. I expect a clear cut answer so that matter can be escalated further. Pl read your first response-A part of that is "In case if you wish to increase the credit limit increase............................"You have responded to my mail.Do you understand for what that mail was?Your response says no. Have you read the mail before replying to it? I believe no.Same is reflecting from your trailing mail.Mail looks like a system generated mail without any common sense to that. I had a discussion with SBI executive on CC number and all the docs as suggested were sent to the informed address. All the documents along with requisite form has been sent to you on 14 Aug evening. After 6 days having such useless response just is very pathetic one. Suggest you to read the communication properly and go through the enclosed docs before making such useless response.
