subsidy not received on my account

Dear sir, Purchasing new cylinder on 2nd Dec-13 this my no's 8 cylinder & as per Govt. Rule this cylinder cost is 1035/- so paid this cost purches new cylinder than after as per rule send subsidy amt on my account but no any amt send it more than timing visit to agency & my bank (Bank of Canera) but still no one any help us over person tel him this no my side foult check bank & bank person said check it gas agency.
