subsidy amount not credited in bank account

My connection no.******42,On 15 /09/13 i a have paid Rs 1024/ to the delivery boy and taken cylinderl now i have not received my subsidy money in spite of several reminders of all the ways( email,SMS,telephone calls) not credited to my Bank account.Requested to help us in getting my money to my account and oblige.Thanking you.Balaji.c
