I faced an issue against Yebhi.com from which I booked two school bags through their online shopping portal and made the payment online. The product was not delivered for a long time therefore I asked Yebhi Customer Care to refund my money. But the material or the refund was not effected even after several weeks.
Complaint DescriptionOn 7/9/2012 at about7:30:06 PM, I placed an order for two numbers of American tourister school bags for a value of Rs. 890/- & 681 respectively through the portal of yebhi.com vide order No. YBH1995261 and made the payment through internet banking vide reference No. 263782. In return mail from the company it is mentioned that the materials will be delivered at my home within 10 working days and the consignment shipped through DTDC courier by AWB No. D10319675. After some days the DTDC peoples called me and asked to take delivery of the consignment from their office which is situated about 20 kms from my home. When requested them to deliver the consignments at my home, they stated that they have no any service at my area. Later when I informed the matter to yebhi.com Complaint number CC12071306765, they replied that matter will be solved within 24 hours. When nothing has happened further, again I contacted yebhi.com duly referring the complaint number, they have given another complaint number and every time I contacted I got fresh complaint ticket numbers viz. CC12071300197, CC12071312369, CC12071324522, CC12071329572 and at last on 25/07/2012 an another CC No. 12071293638 over phone with an assurance that the amount will be credited in my bank account since the consignments lost on dispatch. But nothing has happened till date. But my surprise, in the My account page of Yebhi.com , I found that the order status for amount Rs. 890/- as "Refunded" and for Rs. 681 as "Gift Voucher Generated". I asked them to credit the amount in my bank account from which I made the payment, but not done till date. Please do needful to return my money from the default yebhi.com.
