Within one week complaint against Timtara resolved!
I was very unhappy. Timtara.com never replies to email and moreover the customer care of Timtara is very rude. They say the delivery time is 15-20 working days which means more than a month.
One of my friend Mayank Kushwaha suggested me about Akosha. And it was very good. They follow up on a regular basis.
Timtara has refunded me all the amount within a week after I file complaint against Timtara with Akosha.
I'll recommend Akosha to all the people who are facing issues with companies.
Complaint Description
I've mailed few times for cancellation for this order and called on their customer care also, but nobody is taking pain to refund my money. I'm cancelling this because I've been told that delivery will take 15-20 working days. Customer care is just saying me to wait for refunds from last 7 days.
