Vodafone Complaint: "What i liked about Akosha is that it is simple to file complaint and they are in contact with you always to resolve the problem"

Hi,

It was a surprise for me that i got a call from Vodafone Customer Care that my money had refunded. I had this issue 3 months back. I received message from Vodafone that on recharge of 210 I will get 220 talk time.But when i recharged i got only 189 .I complained but nothing  happened. They asked me to go to the Vodafone store. 

Finally i filed a Complaint against Vodafone in Akosha and left the matter. After 1 month i got call from Vodafone stating that on request of Akosha my matter has been resolved.

What i liked about Akosha is that it is simple to file complaint and they are in contact with you always to resolve the problem. I have already recommended many of my friends and on facebook also.

Complaint Description

On 25th june 2012 at 11.48 am i received message from VX-611112 that Spcial offer only for you .Get more talk time than full talk time of rs220 with recharge of rs 210.I recharged same day with 210 but i got talk time only 189.I complaint to customer care then they said u will get within four hours.I waited and today also i called then they said i dont have such offers.Please visit vodafone store.I Said i need compensation if i will go to store They said ok..This False advertisement is frustrating.I need compensation for that.
