Vijaya Bank Complaint "Akosha did a great job and are also very professional."
The issue I faced was with Vijaya Bank. I had availed of an Education
Loan in 2004 towards my higher studies from Vijaya Bank. I finished my
studies in 2006 and by mid 2008 I had repaid this loan. However, this
loan details had not been sent to CIBIL due to which the same was not
reflecting in my Credit Information Report (CIR) from CIBIL. I had
contacted the Vijaya Bank Customer Care but it was not so helpful.
I then contacted Akosha as they were also working on another issue of
mine. As in my other case, Akosha again took complete ownership of my
problem and they contacted the bank on my behalf. Aksoha
updated me every week regarding the progress on this issue. After Akosha contacted Vijaya Bank, both the local Branch Manager and
the Head Office took my case on priority and quickly resolved it. The
bank has assured me that they have already informed CIBIL with the
details of my Education Loan and that it will soon reflect in my CIBIL
CIR report.
Again, I have no one to thank but Akosha for this. I am extremely happy
and satisfied with Akosha's services. Akosha did a great job and are
also very professional. I highly recommend Akosha to all consumers. Keep up the wonderful work.

Hi, You were referred to me by Mr.Manish Chauhan from Jagoinvestor.com. Firstly, i have just entered Rs.1000 as the loss/disputed amount as the system was not allowing me to enter Rs.0/- ! My case is as follows... In 2004 I had availed of an Education Loan from Vijaya Bank BTM layout (around 12 Lakhs) towards my MBA which i took up abroad. This loan was paid and closed around 3 years ago. Recently, I had availed of my Credit Rating Report from CRISIL. I found that my education loan was not captured in the rating report. When i went over to the bank to ask them what is the process involved, the bank manager was not helpful at all and said he could not do much as the loan account has been closed as the money was all paid! My current credit rating is not good and this loan details will help improve my score. Please help me in this regard. My Vijaya Bank loan a/c # is 140607110024004.
