Tata Docomo Complaint: I Really appreciate the efforts of "Akosha Team"

I Really appreciate the efforts of "Akosha Team" in resolving my Complaint against Tata Docomo. Many times I tried to contact Tata Docomo Customer Care, but they did not respond me.
Akosha helped me in reaching the higher authorities & got the problem sorted out.

Complaint Description
Yesterday(24-jun-2012) I received a call from customer care, saying that you are our special customer so we are offering you some free internet data and messages .I confirmed several times that from your executive that it?s free or no charges will be deducted from my mobile balance he said yes it?s complimentary-free for you. But in evening nearly 5:20 pm I received message from tata docomo that nearly 80 rs stv recharge done and they automatically deducted RS 80 and 1 GB 3G data from my account. As few day back only I have done special recharge of Rs246 in which I got 219 balance and 1 GB 3g data . I want my 3g internet data and money back as soon as possible If this will be the case that tata docomo people will do such thing ,I will circulate this information in my circle and family so that we all can strictly stop using tata docomo services . Please take necessary action and refund my 3G internet data and money quickly I will raise this in all consumer forum if no action is taken immediately I want you to confirm this by calling on my number as tata docomo people have stopped /banned calling you on customer care.
