Swati's complaint against Flipkart resolved!
Swati ordered a CD from Flipkart, but it was not delivered. She filed a complaint against Flipkart with Akosha. And acting upon it, Akosha got it resolved wy escalating it with the flipkart customer care.
Swati says -
Inspite of complaining to flipkart many times they dint replied any thing.
Then i came to know about AKOSHA. i did a mail to akosha and in a very FRIENDLY and GENTLE way they RESOLVE my problem.
After interrogation of akosha to flipkart, they replied to my mail.and now they are sorry for their behavior and ready to refund the money.

i dint get the CD with the book but it was given in the description that i will get .i mailed them about my complain but they are not replying .what can i do now??
