I am happy to inform you that i got my mobile serviced free of cost and got an extended warrenty for a total period of 14 months from the date of purchase.through this mail ,
I want you to know how much I appreciate your taking care of my Problem. It is rare to find such forum, especially ones who you can call at the last minute. With your help I was able to win my hard earned money.
I'm glad I have chosen you guys as my advisor in this matter.Hats off to you people...u people are simply awesome.Because of people like you, I feel hope for justice, for consumers still exists...Will tell all my friends about this..Thank you once again.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

I brought a mobile s5 on 13th july 2014.On the 3rd day the screen flashed Over Heating.I went to service center and said about it.they said they need proof for it .after 10 to 15 days even after mobile is on ,when some one calls it says swiched off.they asked me to keep the mobile in safe mode for 24 hrs.after 24 hrs on normal working same problem came...i thought i will live with it cause of time limit.now on 26th i was in rain..it was not heavy rain.from next day again problem started like any thing...i gave the set to service centre.now they are saying its water damaged.i should pay 10000 to make it ryt.Samsung is cheating people saying its water resistence..i want your help to stop adverting their product as water resistant and cheating people.and apoligise to custmers for advertising wrongly.

I thought that I must take some time to write, to thank you for the service that you are currently providing to resolve my complaint.

It is regrettably an all too familiar story these days that the public seem to receive poor levels of customer care when dealing with financial institutions but I am happy to note that your company has dealt with my complaints against the providers as quickly and efficiently as possible and have kept me informed at each stage in writing of the progress of the Complaints.
Fainaly my complaint is resove diffectiv part is changed by the company,
I am so pleased with your service that I have recommended your company to two of my friends.

Working within the service industry myself, I know that praise is very rare but credit where it is due, well done to all of your team for a job well done making a rather protracted process as easy as possible.?

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

I have Purchase a Split 1.5 ton A.C form Samsung authorized distributer Named Darbar trader. Pvt Ltd Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt ****1****0 But supplied and installed part is not matching one part is 1.5 ton amd other part is 1 ton due to umatched assambly my A.C is not working properly I had a word with sansung customer care officer but they suggest me to talk Delaer samsung is not involve. but my sevrel discussion and vist distributer is assuring me that the supplied assambaly is ok only Sticker of assambaly is putted wrongly. when i ask hm to give me in writting they are just avoiding me. My complaint was finally addressed on 28 may after my repeated calls to samsung customer care. i appreciate your concern and efforts which paid dividends. these service providers certainly need to be sorted out. though my complaint has been addressed i would still like to raise my point to the higher authorities of samsung india. i tried to search for the email ID of the MD/CHAIRMAN /SENIOR MANAGERS but could not find any. i once again compliment akosha team for prompt replies and quick action thanking you with warm regards AJAY DOBHAL

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

this complaint is regarding samsung I HAD PURCHASED 4 SAMSUNG TVs ON 17 MAY 2014 THROUGH DEVKAR AGENCIES,NAVIPETH AHMEDNAGAR MAHARASHTRA.THE TVs have still not been installed despite several telephone calls excuses like engineer visits a place only once for installation is not warranted as we have purchased not one but 4 TVs.. my complaint number in this regard is 84*******6 on 19 may. no action has still been taken the dealer has a irresponsible behaviour which in turn tarnishes the image of a reputed company like samsung you may like to take appropriate action in this regard AJAY DOBHAL
