i cnt express how happy i am right now. when everything was seeming hopeless AKOSHA team came to my rescue. Thanx a loads to the whole akosha team.. for the help i am highly grateful to u. in fact i have started promoting ur site and ur organisation on my FACEBOOK AND TWITTER account. u all are really effective..."

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

i am using the prepaid mobile no. of RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS i.e **********.. THE COMPANY CUTS OFF MY BALANCE BY APPLYING VARIOUS (VALUE ADDED PACKS, OTHER SERVICES) ON THEIR OWN. WHEN I RECHARGE MY PHONE THEY CUT THE BALANCE BY APPLYING SOME OR THE OTHER PACKS. NOW THEY HAVE CUT THE CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE ALSO SO THAT THE CUSTOMER CANT LODGE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE UNNECESSARY SERVICES AND THEY CONTINUE TO EARN MONEY AGAINST THE WISH OF THEIR CUSTOMER BY INDIRECTLY HARASSING THEM. I TRIED CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE INSTEAD EVERYDAY I GET THE MESSAGE FROM THE COMPANY SAYING AMOUNT CHARGED FOR SOME OR THE OTHER PACK OR SERVICE. I WOULD BE HIGHLY OBLIGED IF U SEEK INTO THE MATTER. OTHERWISE I HAVE TO THROW AWAY MY NUMBER. PREVIOUSLY ALSO THE COMPANY TOOK MY 300 RUPEES ILLEGALLY.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

Dear Sir / Madam, 74*******8 ( reliance Gsm ) this is my number , my balance of rs 16 was deducted from my account on 15-May-2014 or 16-May-2014 when i called to customer care they said its because of internet usage , which i have not used , as per relance internet usage will be charge 0.10 paise for 10 kb , if i have used internet so with in 10 minutes how can they charge rs 16 hardly it will charged RS 2 , and they is a network problem issue, im not getting proper network. i want my balnce to be refunded. regards, Faiz

Better guidance on proper approach with a professional touch

When i initially went to them with my billing issue on the telecom provider, I was just expecting to pounce into court filing. But they gave me a clear idea on how to go about and I just loved their professionalism in explaining the steps to take before going in for the consumer court. The issue got resolved even before we pushed it to the court as akosha had taken the issue to the right person's notice in the concerned telecom provider and the issue got resolved. Thanks akosha. COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

"I opted for Mobile Number portability option to switch from airtel to Reliance (Rcom) in May 2011 for my then number (**********). And it was not at all ported within the specified time-frame and the request is closed and I stayed with airtel. From the next month on-wards I started getting calls from Reliance to pay the monthly rental. Mind you, I had not even got a reliance SIM and of-course I was using the same number and paying my bills regularly to AIRTEL at the same time. I raised this to their NODAL officer after repeated calls and mails from them and I thought I finally solved it. Below is the mail from them stating it will be closed.===== Mail ==========Date: Tue, Oct 11, 2011 at 1:42 PMSubject: Fw: Reliance. Number - 99*******7 Account No 50****************1 Bill PaymentTo: john paul h <h.johnpaul@gmail.com>Dear Mr John Paul,Warm greeting from all of us at Reliance Communications !With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that regarding Service termination of your Reliance number 99*******7 and your request has been raised for termination and it will be terminated within 10 working days. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and we also appreciate you for your feedback in future.RegardsKiran Nodal Team Reliance Communications Ltd Phone No : ***********=======Mail end =====Please Note the date, Its been send three years back. After two years, I suddenly got a mail(with subject Lawyer Notice!!!) from them stating bill is not paid and further this will be taken to court stating I had not paid the bills or replied to their calls. Please note I had closed that airtel number too an year back and moved out of that state due to job change. Please find below the mail ===== Recent Mail from Reliance ===== LAWYER NOTICE**********-*******************From, SA ASSOCIATESRef No.**********Date: 14-03-2014....Wherefore, you are called upon to pay a sum of Rs. 643/- to our clientwithin seven days from the date of receipt of this Notice. The said amountshould be paid by cash / DD / Pay Order in favor of Reliance CommunicationsInfrastructure Limited or can also be paid at any Reliance outlets of ADAgroup. Failing which, we shall initiate civil and criminal proceedingsagainst you before the competent court of law at your own cost and risk.....==== End =========I have all the previous mail threads with them and also the Airtel Bill paid for that number during that time.I wish to take legal action against them and resolve this once and for all.Regards,John Paul.H"
