We really appreciate and we would like to thank the TEAM AKOSHA for the initiative taken and for the services provided to us in getting the problem solved, It seemed almost impossible to get my money back from the Lenovo Reseller and even writing to Lenovo customer care did not help.
IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE HELP OF AKOSHA.
We got our full money back from the Lenovo Reseller with in 3 days from the day we informed Akosha about the problems we had in the laptop purchased.
We never thought there would be any company having such a concern for their customer and it is really a good thing !!! The service is excellent indeed !!!! We wish you guys "GOODLUCK" Keep the sprit !!!
Complaint DescriptionDear Sir, I bought a new laptop from Lenovo autorized reseller in Noida, model Z 570 Idea Pad. I am really very unhappy with my purchase even after buying it from authorized reseller because of the following reasons 1. The manufacturing is 7/2011... very old stock 2. Even after trying our best, we did not get a company sealed box and on asking the re seller, he showed ur 4 more machines all with company seal opened and he said these are available like this only since they open it to check the machine. 3. The first machine we took on reaching home we realised the bizel is open and cannot be fixed hence we went back to the reseller and he agreed to replace the machine in 3 days. Which was done by him and after 3 days he replaced the machine but again it was not with company seal but we accepted it since we had already payed and there was no other option. We checked the machine the best possible way and brought the machine at home. At home when we removed the plastic tapes, there are lot of scratches on the bizel visible as well as near the mouse pad. 4. We believe the machine sold to us has been tempered since the black screws at the bottom of the machine have lost its color black which comes only if the machine had been open with scew driver. We are really very much unsatisfied with the machine bought as it is not from fresh lot, scratches on it and it has been tempered even though we bought from Lenovo authorized reseller and payed so hight amount. We kindly request you to help us as we really dont know what to do as the reseller says he did his best and still there are so many issues.
