Praveen got his complaint against Samsung resolved!
Praveen filed his complaint complaint against Samsung with Akosha for deficiency in service. We escalated this matter with Samsung's customer care and got it resolved.
Complaint Description
my mobile phone is in warranty period.phone model is GT-7722 DUOS.i became fedup by the service of samsung.complaints of my phone starts from november 2011.my phone is a dual sim based ,the problem is the flash light of the phone gets blinking during the incomming and outgoing calls through the sim placed in second slot my mobile phone is in warranty period.phone model is GT-7722 DUOS.i became fedup by the service of samsung.complaints of my phone starts from november 2011.my phone is a dual sim based ,the problem is the flash light of the phone gets blinking during the incomming and outgoing calls through the sim placed in second slot. four times i serviced the phone in authorised service centers. at first i gave it to the authorised service centre located in kottarakkara in kollam district of kerala.Then they directed me to the service center in kollam.after one week they return my phone and told me that " the problem was due to software malfunction and we have corrected it". on the next day onwards same problem starts. then i approached the first service station at kottarakara, they received my phone and told me that "the problem is due to the back cover of the phone" and they return my phone aftr 12days.on that day there was no problem. but from the very next day flash light blinking starts.then again i approached the same service centre ,they changed the flash unit of the phone.but all these services were not good and they could not identify the fault. the complaint still exist. i don't know what should i do next.it is too much for an ordinary customer like me.i have purchased my phone on 10/09/2011 and in the warrenty period and i am facing the above said problem form november 2011.
