PayTM Complaint "Akosha-You people are really doing awesome job."

I made two wrong transactions to recharge my mobile from PayTM and Rs 1002 got deducted from my bank account without giving the recharge amount. But they were not giving my amount back, I repeatedly e-mailed PayTM Customer Care but every time they were telling that they have returned back the amount. 


After that I went through Akosha website and filed my Complaint against PayTM with them. Within 2 days I got an e-mail from Akosha that they had forwarded my issue to the higher authority of PayTM. After one or two days when I was checking my bank account I saw that my money is reflecting there.

Complaint Description

On 6th Aug 2012 I tried to recharge a BSNL mobile phone, I tried two times to recharge it, each time the amount was 501, but every time it was unsuccessful, but both the times it had deducted the money from my bank account. After each failed transaction they given me a chance to transfer my money back into my bank account, I did the same thing, but still today that amount has not reached to my account. I mailed them several times but they did not helped me. That's why I am here please help me to get my amount back. My order no was 45072526 and 45072229. Thanks in advance. Regards, Abhisek Roy
