Naaptol Complaint "Akosha helped me resolve my issue in very quick time."
I am Sathish, working as Software Engineer in Bangalore. My problem was with online order done from Naaptol, delivery of which was delayed. The complaint was also not responded to by Naaptol Customer Care.

Complaint Description
Hi Naaptol, I have been calling you for last 3 days. Its always busy. My product is in Cargo Ready state from 2 days, but it is not shipped. I am not sure how to approach you. When i raised a request by email, you said it will take 7-8 days to resolve it. I want the product to be shipped now or cancel my order.
