Mukul got his headphone replaced from Flipkart with the help of Akosha!
I purchased a Philips headphone from Flipkart with a warranty, but when its stop working,I visited Philips service center recommended by flipkart customer support,philips service center refused to provide service,I visited two of the service centres,but they said to contact dealer,there is no service on purchased online,then when i contact flipkart customer care they are not replying to my mails and also when i call them they say it will resolve in next 24-48 hrs,but nothing such happen many days has passed,I was helpless.
Then i found akosha while searching google, after registering a complaint against Filpkart, flipkart people called me and said they are sending me a new headphone and they take back the faulty one, Thanks to Akosha my headphone got replaced by new one.
Akosha representative Rajshree,help me to resolve the problem,she keep me updated about the complaint.I have already recommend my friends who purchase online and get stuck in the problems like me.

Complaint Description
I purchased a philips headphone from flipkart.com on 18 oct,2011,with a 6 mnth warranty,but it is less than 6 months and its not working,i contact flipkart the told me to visit philips service center,I visited there,showed them original bill copy,but they are refusing to take it they are saying to contact dealer for service as i bought online,then again i contact flipkart.com they send me a new list of centre i visited there also but they also said there is no service on headphones.after that flipkart people said they called the philips services centre and they will call me in next 24 hrs,but it is now 8 days spent no one has contact me,the headphone are not working since a month ago,but i contact flipkart on 27th march,my warranty 6 mnth is going to expire on 18th april so i need a quick result,if you people can help me how to contact consumer court,send me the details,flipkart.com is a big scamer selling junk products,i will teach them a lesson
