Mr. Sastry got his complaint against Airtel resolved!

Mr. Sastry filed a Airtel complaint with Akosha for prepaid connection outgoing calls 
barred even after producing right documents 5 days back.
We escalated the matter with Airtel customer care, the company took prompt action and the issue was resolved within days.
Mr. Sastry says - "Thank you very much Akosha. I got the outgoing activated just now. Your efforts appreciated."
