Mr. Sanjeev got his ICICI bank complaint resolved by Akosha

Mr. Sanjeev Srivastava filed a complaint against ICICI Bank. Bank was not returning his original property documents. After Akosha’s intervention, He could get his complaint resolved.


a) How you were unhappy with the brand?

I had taken a home loan from ICICI Bank in 2003 and had repaid the entire amount in the year 2006. Since then I was following up with the bank to returnthe original property documents back to me. I was given only assurances about the same but I never received the documents.

In fact I was updated every time Akosha approached ICICI Bank. I was getting a call almost every second day.

Within a week after registering with Akosha, I got a call from ICICI Bank asking me the nearest branch I could visit to collect the original documents. After confirming the same I got back the original documents within a week’s time.

Since the last 10 days I have shared my wonderful experience with my friends and colleagues and have send them the link of Akosha website.

Complaint Description

I have repaid my home loan in 2004 but I have not received the original documents from the bank, failing which I have not been able to register my property in Faridabad. Every year the circle rates are increasing and it is an extra financial burden on me
