Rouge Fair Usage Policy. Cut my broadband connection when I had asked for removal of IPTV only. Took 18 days to fix it. more than 20 calls and 4-5 emails till it worked.

Excellent. Very cooperative and understanding. Extremely quick to act.

Every day I would say. They reached out to me by themselves. It felt as if this was not only my problem. They shared it with me!

They contacted relevant authorities in Airtel. Pulled some threads I guess. It worked. They replied immediately after Akosha stepped in.
f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all) -
Yes absolutely!
