Indiaplaza apologized to Virendra after Akosha intervened!!
First of all best wishes for a commendable endeavor towards solving customers complaints. My testimonial is as follows:-
(a) how you were unhappy with the brand;
I ordered a pen drive from indiaplaza. However, the delivery was delayed much beyond the scheduled delivery date. Even after writing repeated mails to Indiaplaza, there was no reply. I asked for a refund, instead they supplied me the product.
(b) how you found about Akosha;

(c) what was your experience with Akosha representatives;
The representatives at Akosha were highly professional and amicable.
(d) how often Akosha kept you updated;
Regularly
(e) how the brand resolved your matter;
Akosha did their best in getting the refund and did all the laisioning with the Indiaplaza. However, the actual necessitate of refund was not fulfilled. Nevertheless, Akosha did a great job of contacting Indiaplaza and making them revert to me with an apology for the delay caused.
(f) how you would like to recommend this service to others (if at all).
I have already recommended Akosha to all my friend, family and acquaintances.

MY order, # IN1609111187, placed with on September 16,2011 as per details below:Item Qty Value(Rs.699 )FOR Transcend 4GB + Free 8GB Pen Drive From 16th same status is shown and after talking to all the customer care reps nothing has happened at your side. This is highly unprofessional. Its almost 10 days and item is not even shipped. I HAVE CALLED UP 15 TIMES TO INDIAPLAZA. 5 TIMES I GOT THROUGH. THE RESP NAMED DIVYA, MEERA, CYNTHIA TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE DISPATCHED 0N 23 THEN ON 26 AND NOW YOU PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME 27 SEP 2011. IT IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
