Ifb after sales service seriously sucks donkey balls. Day 7 and my washing machine is finally back from the service centre and doesn't work

Ifb service centre guys never answer the phone. When they do its always a new person to whom the whole story has to be retold.

Ifb made me wait at home the whole day saying repaired machine delivery will happen at 2. They finally came at 6 pm
