I had a car from Hyundai. I submitted my car for repair in the service center from last one month. I was waiting for my car but it was not repaired as they told me that the doors were not available. I contacted  Hyundai Motors Customer Care, regarding the same but they did not give me any satisfactory answer regarding the same. I was disappointed with their lazy services. 
From a Google search, I came to know about Akosha. I filled my  Complaint against Hyundai Motors. With the help of Akosha, my Complaint got resolved to my satisfaction. They update me after every 2-3 days on the status of my complaint. I am happy with Akosha"s Services. My complaint got resolved within 15 days. 
They are very helpful for the customers who are facing such problems.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE HYUNDAI.....FROM LAST ONE MONTH I'M WAITING FOR MY CAR AND ITS NIT YET REPAIRED AS THEY SERVICE CENT-RE STAFFS ARE SAYING THAT DOORS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ......AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE FULL INSURANCE OF REPLACING MY FRONT AND BACK DOORS OF RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR ...PLEASE TAKE SOME FAST ACTION AND BETTER MEASURES ....AND WE ARE THE OLD CUSTOMER OF HYUNDAI MOTORS

Dear Aksoha Family,
I had a product gap problem with a newly purchased Hyundai i20 car for which the company was not at all helping in solving the problem. I called Hyundai Customer Care but they were not responding well.
Then I came across Akosha and filled my Complaint against Hyundai. They helped me in getting this issue resolved.  The new ECM has been installed in my car and performance now is far better. I can only say a "BIG Thanks" from the bottom of my heart to you Akosha - my real supporters at the time of crisis.
All you my friends Anurag, Tejinder and all the other good souls at Akosha have been so kind and understanding. Without your support we would not have been able to make Hyundai budge and accept that there was an issue with their car and do the relevant corrective measures.

Hyundai Complaint Resolved: " I am so satisfied to have an experience with Akosha"

Hi..,
I am a Design engineer in a MNC company in Kolkata. I bought a car, Hyundai EON ERA+ from Concord Hyundai, Howrah. I paid an amount of Rs. 3,50,000 for buying this car. To my extreme distress, the registration of my car has not been done by the dealer for around 5months.A lots of complaints registered through Hyundai Customer Care in the name of Concord Hyundai but there was no action taken against the dealer. Day by day my problem was going to be critical. After following up with them and every moment I was wasting my time.
Then I came to know about Akosha with the help of Google search engine and registered my  Complaint against Hyundai Motors . Akosha Team helped me in step by step process. Akosha updated me every time they got any response from the Hyundai Motors. My issue got resolved on a third track. They help me up to file a consumer court. They made a format for me. 
I am thankful to Akosha for solving my problem. I am so satisfied to have an experience with Akosha. I want to thanks to Mr. Tejinder who was handily my case. I would rate Akosha definitely 5 out of 5 and now I am so happy and Satisfied. I boldly recommend every person who is suffering with such type of problem with branded companies. They must consult with Akosha for their fast resolution of the complaint.
