HomeTown Complaint "Thanks to Akosha for helping me in getting back my money."
I was pretty disappointed when HomeTown tried to cheat me. I had cancelled one modular kitchen order for which I had paid an advance of 19000 rupees. At the time of cancellation they had told me that I would get a refund/credit note after a month. But HomeTown Customer Care denied to give me my money back after making me wait for a month.
I filed my complaint at Akosha and my issue got resolved. Thanks to Akosha for helping me in getting back my money.

Complaint Description
We cancelled our booking of a modular kitchen from home town the very next day we booked for it.at that time they told us that they will refund the booking amount.we want to buy some electronic item from the same shop with the money.but they are denying to refund the money saying there is no rule to refund the money.
