I had purchased an HTC One V mobile and had submitted it to HTC Customer Care as there was some problem with the handset. I did not get my handset back even after 3 weeks of submitting it. When I tried contacting the HTC Customer Care, their phone showed continuously engaged or switched off. I was quite unhappy with their service.
I then came to know about Akosha on Google. I filed my complaint with them and got my handset back. Akosha representatives are very good. They updated me on each action taken by them.
I would recommend Akosha service to other consumers.
Complaint DescriptionDear Sir / Madam, Its being more than 3 weeks ,i haven't received my handset after depositing at Service Center of Htc at Borivali (w), Mumbai on 7-7-12. Job No : B0M001-0001590 There phone is continually showing engaged or switch off. my phone is having 3 basic problems 1-week network strength 2- i can not send larger than 6 mb file via Bluetooth to other handsets 3- camera produces blurry images every time when moving or shaking phone. I am in continue touch with Mr. Kayum Khan via Mail and he assured me that they will provide me a new handset from retailer after old handset will reach at borivali serivce center along with DOA Cirtificate on 25th July 12 . But still I have not received The Same. Hopefully You will Help me and resolved this issue asap. Regards, Mukesh Gupta
