COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

Sir/Madam, This is regarding refund of amount not sanctioned by the Bank. The IRCTC sent an email stating that, instructions has been given to concerned bank for refund of the Cancelled E-ticket amount. The amount was not credited in my account till date. When i booked a ticket the payment was routed through CUB VISA Classic debit card using HDFC bank Gate way payment. Kindly resolve this complaint in a confidential manner.

Dear Akosha,   With your continual guidance and support the issue with HDFC is come to an end. Mr. Shiv kumar who carried out all the frauds in my case has accepted his misbehavior and misconduct. I have had his apology letter.   HDFC has returned my extra charges on processing fees. Thank you very much for your assistance and support.   Regards,

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

In month of August 2012, I have contacted over phonebanking to HDFC personal loan department. Very first they have had agreed on phone for 14.5% ROI and 1% Processing fees. I have put each and every information in mail. I have handed over to representative signed cheques against loan. At that time he has not brought any agreement documents. I have asked the same to him immediately but he mentioned I should not worry as yet the approval is not there. After that I have left India for business purpose. HDFC PL department has released the loan and I found that it was with much more higher ROI and also higher processing fees. As I was not at all in India I was not able to get the details of the same and I was surprised without my signature how the loan is disbursed. Once I came back I have raised this matter with the HDFC and the person who was taking care of my application upon his assurance and his promise I have not escalated this matter at very high level. He has promised me that I can close this loan after paying 6 EMI. Till date I have paid 6 EMI's and asked them to close the loan. To my surprise HDFC has refused to close my PL and also when I have bring into their notice this fraud they have not taken any action against that person. Now no one is picking up my phone and also they are not at all bothered about my sufferings and all. The persons involved in this Mr. Shivkumar Mishra (he himself or may be his collegue who came to collect my cheques has made my signature on the agreement) his cell number is +9***********. His collegue Rupa Singh. Mr. Vivek , Mr. Rajnish Mr. Arvind. Now None of these persons were replying to my mail. My Loan Account Number - 22*****5 Now they are forcing me to pay another 6 months EMI. Here in this whole case Mr. Shive Kumar Mishra is the one who has carried out the fraud and rest all of them are supporting him. - First he was aware that I won't be there in India. He has smartly releassed my PL only at that time when I was not in India and I cannot argue with them. - Despite of giving him all the information on mail and also on phone he has intentionally charged higher ROI and also the processing fees. He or someone from his team is the one who has made fake signature on loan agreement. - When I have escalated this complain then towards resolution for the same in the month of November Mr. Shiv Kumar Mishra promised me that after completion of 6 EMI's he will get my Personal Loan account closed at the preclosure charges maximum of 2% on priniciple amount. Now he is refusing the same. I have escalated the matter to HDFC cell but they are protecting their team. Now no one is picking up my phone, no one is replying to my mails. Despite being a preferred cusotmer of HDFC this has happend to me.

Dear Akosha Team, Myself Narayan, Project Leader, Visakhapatnam. I lost 6417/- amount from my HDFC Bank credit card while booking the ticket. When I approached  HDFC Bank Customer Care, but they were not responding properly. I was fed up from these people.
Then I came across Akosha while browsing on the internet and registered my  Complaint against HDFC Bank.  Akosha gave quick response to my complaint. I got regular updates from their side.  My problem got resolved within few days. It was really amazing. I rate Akosha as 5 out of 5. 
It was a wonderful experience with your services.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

Dear Sir, I lost 6417/- amount from my HDFC credit card while booking the ticket on 01/01/2013.When i approached bank people and Via com(Merchandise) they are not responding properly from 01/01/2013.Please help me how to return my amount. Herewith i am attaching the particular statements and the mails which i communicated the merchandise.
