Ms. Banita ordered a product from Telebrand. Her credit card had been debited but product was not delivered even after one month. Then she finally google right place to file her complaint against Telebrand and came through across Akosha.com. After Akosha’s intervention she could get her ordered product within 10 days.

I am  grateful to Akosha .My problem started after I had ordered Aluma Wallet seeing on T.V (telebrands) through my Credit Card. The amount was immediately credited .I waited for a week ,but the Wallet didn’t arrive, then I called their Customer Care, they told me to check at the Post Office. From the day I everyday checked with the Post office but till one and a half month it didn't arrived .I called their customer Care but did not get any help, disgusted by their response I browsed google and found AKOSHA .made a complaint. Immediately after filing a complaint response came,and on the 4th day I received Aluma Wallet.(though the Wallet was not worth the money I spent)

I am very much grateful and delighted to come in touch with Forum like Akosha and its Team who work for the common people. I would definitely tell everyone whom I know about your praiseworthy work,

Complaint Description
I  had ordered Aluma Wallet,after watching the ad on T.V. on 19th of Feb'2012. The amount of Rs.3489/-was deducted from my Credit card .After a lot of calls I got the customer care no.02240989529 and02240989500.they gave me the docket no.R0031273.but of no use,it is nowhere yo be traced.I wanted to take action as they are duping the people and running a Fraud Company.I tried to find out their address but nobody is intrested to tell.Pl help me.
