My problem has been resolved quickly. ..thanks to you. I had a nice experience of yours. They have come to my house nd treated very well.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

We have purchased RO+UV from Eureka forbes in july 2013. IT doesnt get filled properly and get stopped every after 15 days. After calling several times to customer care they dont resolve the problem. service engineer doesnt come on time. I want a senior person to come to my home to resolve the problem ASAP. We can not afford purified water from outside. The sales person who sold us the Aquaguard doesnt look into the matter. We are fade up with this problem since last one year. Please do something for us.

Thank you very much for all the unconditional assistance given by Akosha,appreciate it..... Thank you for helping resolve the issue with Eureka Forbes.It was a dead end for us,because it was not easy and then not of any use to reach anyone in the level higher than the call center executives to resolve our issue. The call center executives are very well trained to lie all the time and make false promises so convincingly and make you believe that someone will be sent immediately or in sometime at any cost...and as usual we would have been fooled.Then with great difficulty we got the contact of the area service manager who promise the same and same result.....we were badly let down.So after a struggle of nearly 20 days,thanks akosha for helping resolve the issue in a week.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

Hello, we have taken a AMS for Rs.4868.75 which means our service requests have to be honoured with 24 hours,however sadly it has been 12 days now since our service request and no one has turned up. The customer care executives have been making only false promises and these are the complaint no given ********,********,******** and a few more.... Now a totally inexperienced technician was sent alone to service and change the filters,which he did not know how to do,and broke a couple.We kept asking him if he needed help and that he should call someone more experienced.He kept refusing and took almost 5 hours and got nothing accomplished. Then after messing up the whole thing he called someone who did not how to clean up this mess. Now for the last 12 days we have to buy canned water.After spending a lot on a water filter and few more thousands for service ect.... This is the well know eurekaforbes company we are speaking about,that makes a lives easier....how?????? Eureka Forbes Complaint: "The whole credit goes to Akosha for resolving my complaint"

We ordered a security system for our house in Bangalore along with a video door phone with locking system in the 3rd week in June. We paid the amount in full at the insistence from the company on the assurance that the work would be completed in 2-3 days time. But once the cash was in their hands, they partially completed the work and then they wont even accept our calls. Tried getting in touch with their head office , but could not progress on that front as no one would give the nos. of the Mumbai management. Calls to the call center was an additional headache with false promises to follow up with no results. It was literally months of mental harassment. Thankfully we saw the number for Akosha while looking for consumer forums. That was a turning point in our case. From the first instance of our contacting them, we felt a load being lifted from our shoulders and our hopes of a resolution to our problem seemed promising.
Today, I have to thank Akosha for helping to resolve the issue. I can say without any hesitation at all that the whole credit goes to Akosha and I would confidently tell all consumers that if you have any issues related to deficiency in services , please contact Akosha, for you can be assured of a speedy settlement of your issues.

COMPLAINT DESCRIPTION

This is a complaint about bangalore eurovigil team!! we had ordered a security system and door phone with a gate lock.. Prior to placing an order.. the sales team from eurovigil visited my house around four times and each time I was not getting a correct picture of your products.. at the same time I was also in contact with Zicom.. but at the last minute i decided to go ahead with eurovigil.. the deciding factor being the presence of company in bangalore..However I now feel it was a wrong decision.. The order was confirmed and placed on june 22 and at the insistence and assurance of Mr. Thomas .. the payment was made in full...Our problems began that day.. they took their own sweet time in installing the security system..but it is still not connected to central monitoring system ...then after a few days they came with the video camera but the lock they send was an indoor lock..Inspite of repeated calls.. we have not yet have the lock installed.. technicians don't come and when they do.. it looks like they dont know what is happening.. our repeated the calls are not received..and if they are .. the 'rude reply we get is.." what do you want me to do?" ( by Mr.Thomas) I called the service no.. and ask for a service manager's no.. they give us a wrong no.. On 14th July I called customer helpline and talked to the supervisor Mr.Rizwan..around 2pm and he promised to sort it out and call back in a couple of hours.. but till now i.e today it is July 28th ..I still have not received a call..Is this the type of service you give..?? we are at our wits end and want to cancel the contract as they are unable to complete the work...absolutely no action is taken by eurovigil.. I did put a complaint on their facebook site as I was unable to get a official complaint site ... nobody in the company is willing to divulge phone nos of concerned managers..please advice how I can either get my full system installed and serviced or else how to return the products and get a refund on it..we really regret the day we took the decision to go with Eurovigil!!
