Domino's compensated my Mom and offered an apology.

I had ordered a pizza from dominos and had paid at their outlet already but 
they arrived after the promised 30 mins and did not even refund the money 
and were rude in their behaviour

From my son who is also a law student

They immediately treated as their problem and took this tension upon them

They called me almost everyday

They called their authorities and escalated the complaint within the company.

Complaint Description

I savita Bhatia wanted to give my treat to my friend on the occasssion of my son's bday. I went to domino's and ordered a pizza on 25/09/2011 at 7:10 pm. I gave the address of my friend House No 695, Phase 6 , Mohali, Punjab. The Pizza did not arrive at my friend until 8:10Pm at which point I called Domino's and they said they would compensate me according to their policy. I told my friend to collect the money as I had already paid the money to domino's. But they now refuse to pay the money and have been rude in their behaviour. They said that as I had ordered two pizza and taken one pizza at that time and the other pizza had to be delivered the policy lapses but they did not inform me that at the time of billing.
