My Dell Laptop's motherboard was dead & my laptop was still under warranty. But just because the dealer had issued me a hand written bill (with a completely valid VAT no.), Dell refused to do the service covered under warranty. After wasting my time & energy with them on a number of calls over a period of 3 weeks. I finally decided to approach Akosha. Got in touch with the team at Akosha.
Dell finally replaced my Motherboard promptly.

Complaint DescriptionMy Laptop's motherboard is dead & my laptop is under warranty. But the problem is that the dealer had issued me a hand written bill (with valid VAT & CST). Dell says it does not accept hand written bills.. I had a talk with 3 representatives - manasa (firstname.lastname@example.org), Titash (email@example.com) & lastly Archana. Their bottom line is that they will not replace the part since they do not accept hand written bills.
