Complaint DescriptionSir i buy a new watch from snapdeal. but the watch he gave me it is not look like new.actually i did not receive the watch from courier boy one of y friend is received that. Now when i wear one day i see that their is hole on the dial of that watch and even also their is no finishing and on the belt hook of that watch their is a some kind of raw dust or black raw material is their present on the whole hook. Now i send many pictures regarding about this watch and about this black dust and circle i have complaint 3 4 days ago i did not get any mail or call back regarding this. so please do some thing by which i got my rupees back.now i did not want to buy i thing from snap deal.wating for your reply.
