i was miffed when i didnt get a warranty card alongside my kenneth cole watch from yebhi..
but akosha helped me out and got my complaint solved.

Complaint Description
i purchased a kenneth cole watch from yebhi.com and they haven't provided me with the TWO YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY CARD. and they harass me by misleading me by saying that "YOUR INVOICE IS YOUR WARRANTY CARD"... ITS DEPRESSING...pls arrange a warranty card or a reverse pick up and refund my amount
